Interesting. Before I stumbled upon this forum, a bunch of clients have used the messenger platform to ask me about my experiences of providers based on the reviews I have given. But yea, I would typically just first establish my initial communication on messenger, then text the provider for all the other fun details, have said fun, and close the loop by saying thank you for the time on messenger as evidence for the webmaster.
