  1. Ahhhhhhh... so nothing to do with a bucket of fried chicken?
  2. What was the issue, if you don't mind sharing?
  3. Level 11... stay home alone and never experience human touch. Kind of joking, but kind of not.
  4. Why was 6 afraid of 7? Because 7 8 9...
  5. Ugh... my rope skills were non-existent. Ropes are for swinging on, not for climbing. Tumbling though was a different matter. I found I was an expert tumbler. Sadly, only when the tumbling was inadvertent... like down the stairs, on the ski hill, walking home from school... you get the picture.
  6. Well I'm thankful it didn't turn out that way, and that you are safe and alive.
  7. That's too bad...
  8. A critical, albeit low bar... lol
  9. I hope it works out for you to meet him. Would love to know how it goes if you don't mind sharing, even via PM. ?
  10. Well, as the theme song said... Lady Godiva was a freedom rider, She didn't care if the whole world looked.... And then there's Maude!
  11. Well that story sure took an unexpected turn.
  12. It amazes me how people are able to have these incredible experiences... in comparison, my life is so utterly boring and amorously uneventful! A fly on the wall of your place literally sees more action than I do...lol.
  13. I wonder if it's possible to be rejected by a robot... ?
  14. Maybe it involves leftover Thanksgiving turkey?
  15. He seems to be into it.
  16. Awesome analogy!
  17. I'd rather see him holding a Big Mac and a side of fries.
  18. I only said that it isn't any of my business, not that it isn't of interest to people. As for expressing any doubt, when I read your post I thought you might have been seeking some sort of proof of his statement. If I assumed incorrectly I do apologize. ?
  19. I WISH. Before covid I travelled quite a bit, but the only language I learned was un poco de espanol. ?
  20. I really enjoyed the Netfix series Elite, and the Spanish actor Aron Piper reminded me of someone. Now that I think about it, I think he reminds me of Ryan Phillipe. Sorry, I cant post a photo from my phone... but did anyone else see that series?
  21. I loved this show. Very much in line with my dark sense of humour. Great writing and character development too.
  22. Especially if your name was Oedipus...
  23. I've heard that there was a calculating aspect to Diana's personality, and her grandmother Lady Fermoy no doubt pressured her to continue on the path to princesshood - not unlike the machinations that have often characterized relationships at Court through the centuries. Diana was still essentially a child, and somewhat of a pawn used by her family to achieve greater glory.
