I am curious - when do you come across cancellations? Is it mostly when you travel or particular days/time slots? 
 
Over the past 8 years I have only cancelled same day twice:  the first was due to unclear communication - the second was when I was called in to deal with a work matter. In both cases I apologized and paid the rate. Both providers are local and were (or subsequently became) regulars. I’ve had far more instances where a provider cancelled in me or didnt show up. 
I am sharing this because I believe that a provider with an established and loyal set of repeat customers will experience far fewer cancellations… or may be compensated even when a cancellation occurs. So my suggestion is to aim for that. Be a provider that folks want to see again. Go beyond the basics (be on time, good hygiene, dont short on time) and exceed expectations (always friendly and smiling, carry a conversation, be fun and gracious, send a follow up message thanking them for any tip and tell them you would like to see them again if that is indeed the case). Yes I don’t just block. If the client comes back after a last minute cancellation to make another booking then I’ll say “you cancelled last minute last time so this time I need a deposit”. The reasonable clients agree, those who don’t care will refuse to pay a deposit; but that’s fine, then they don’t get a booking. 
I don’t incur large costs up front (I don’t travel far) so my loss from a cancellation is time and opportunity rather than financial but it’s still annoying. Other clients might have been turned down to take the booking too. It’s one of the features of the work that’s annoying but it can be managed. 
 

First time they do it I give them the benefit of the doubt and just accept the cancellation graciously and express the hope that they’ll rebook etc.
Second time they do it…they’re not allowed to book again without payment in advance. 

I am late to this thread, but have a POV on scenario’s like the one Steve experienced.  Escorts always want to know what you want.  Sounds like Steve provided the required detail.  Nothing sounds out of the ordinary…some kissing, sucking, fucking.  Based on what Steve said he would like to have happen, the Escort quotes him $400/hour for 2 hours and the meeting is at the escorts place.  $800 for an in call is steep, by any measure and is a lot of money to an escort and client.  If you don’t think it is a lot of money then mayb you have lost touch with how hard it is to earn that.  Especially since you have to earn on a pre-tax basis about $1,600. 
This escort, who claims to have not cum in days then decides to JO before he has a 2 hour, $800 appt with a client.  That is inconsiderate, disrespectful and entitled.  Entitled especially since he knew within minutes of Steve entering his appt what the situation was going to be and the session ends well  before the first hour has passed.  He does not offer an apology nor does he offer to return any of the money he did not earn.  I some circles that is stealing.  He felt entitled to the total fee, despite not being able to deliver on his agreed to services.  
Write the review, no need to soft peddle it.

Hi guys. I just saw this. I do most of the recruiting for the site. Many of the guys who you see have made appearances at my Long Island and Manhattan events. Mason Skyy did video work with us the last week of February and was at the Sunday night event in Manhattan on the 27. Italian Franky was on Long Island this past Sunday. If you're on my email and attend one of my events you will see some of the guys. 
One of you asked me about Hunter. He will be coming to one of my events soon. I have been recruiting new guys from all over the country .I spend a lot of my time Down in Philadelphia each week. Some of the guys you see do not appear at my events. I fly them in for the video work and fly them back. But contact me if you have any questions about a particular model. I will try my best. A lot of the older models are no longer around.
FYI. Anthony does not do anymore video work for us. He also after talking with him pre Covid has no interest in appearing at any of the events that I do. Hope that helps. I believe he might still on Rent men?. 

A guy doesn't have to be "handsome" for me to think he's totally hot.  I thought Jason Momoa was over the top hot in Game of Thrones.  Ryan Gosling is forgettable. Chris Pine, totally forgettable.  I never liked Johnny Depp.  Tom Cruise is facially attractive, but that build - he should never appear shirtless.  Chris Helmsworth is not bad facially, but again, the build is a liability. 
 
My current fave is a Spanish star - Miguel Angel Silvestre - he's the male lead in a Spanish series we've been binge-watching on Netflix called "Velvet." 

So many actors keep coming to mind. I never found Ashton Kutcher to be attractive. Also Tom Holland, Ryan Gosling and Ryan Reynolds.

Jason Momoa in 2022 is a bit past peak. However Jason Momoa in Game of Thrones is everything!!!! He has been thru a divorce recently abd has let himself go. No one loojs their best when depressed overweight and unkempt. But that doesnt erase what he looked like at his best. 

I find Ryan Gosling and Tom Cruise facially attractive but I'm not wild about their builds.  I'm more of a body guy than a face guy so that rules them out for me. I think George Clooney is one of the best-looking men ever.  I have a mental list of celebrities I would like to have lunch with and George Clooney is right at the top.

I know I'll get some heat for this one but I never saw the fascination with Channing Tatum.  Magic Mike was a good movie but when you put Channing next to Joe.....really....there is no comparison.  Don't get me wrong...Channing has a cuteness to him but when he was made to be People's sexiest man alive I didn't understand why.  He just looks average, Joe on the other hand is strikingly good looking.  If Channing walks into a room I wouldn't do a backwards glance, but if Joe walked into a room.....damn.....

He had a troubled life I read. And we all get ill and old. I'll always remember him as he was in our youth. 😢

WOW! I'd hadn't heard anything about him in a loooong while! I loved him in my youth though. I thought he was gorgeous! 

No one sank in looks faster than young Jan Michael Vincent but he died in 2019 so just RIP.
