I have always felt sorry for children who misbehave in restaurants. It is really the asshole parents who are to blame. The parents are too busy doing their own things to spend the time teaching their children how to behave.
I dislike old people (I'm 77) who drive in the fast lane (75 mph) at 55 mph. I drive 80 mph.
I dislike old people who have a cart full of groceries and get in the 10 items or less line, at the market, and play dumb.
I dislike old people who in the grocery check out line wait until their groceries are totaled, then search for their check book and when they eventually find it ask the checker to borrow his/her pen before they start writing out their check.
I dislike people who no longer feel the need to say excuse me, thank you, or you're welcome.
I dislike people who, in a crowded place, insist on talking on their cellphones in a loud voice. Do they really think I give a fuck about their conversation.
Unfortunately this list could go on and on.

I agree. I find that accent and demeanor annoying. I really don’t care for Britain and don’t understand why so many Americans are so impressed with the various English accents. The only ones I like are the mild ones heard west of London.

I thought you were referring to a gym that you enter with a fob. My x-fit gym has 24/7 access, which I love, and it’s a 5-minute walk from my house.

Even though, at 70, I am nothing to look at physically! and am a real "grower", I grew up with gang showers in school and the military -- I figure we are what we are -- and some days are just too hot for clothes!

What saves me and gets other men (always younger) interested in me are my great smile, beautiful smiling blue eyes, infectious laugh, pleasant personality and good energy. We we so much more than our physical body.

Young males nowadays are much more aware that they are sex objects to other men than they were in the days when homosexuality was the lust that dare not speak its name. When I was a young man, if another man stared at my naked body, I could yell "Faggot!" and punch him in the eye without being accused of a hate crime. Now young men are probably reacting the same way that most young women do when they are in the company of men whom they do not want to attract sexually, by trying to avoid evoking any prurient interest.

Sorry can’t accept the premise here. The young guys from Grindr who come over drop their clothes like they’re radioactive.

Who says young guys are afraid of nudity.

Sounds like a fun trip! I’ve spent 12 weeks in Europe this year, mainly Central and Eastern. Shockingly good looking young men in Montenegro (tall, slim and tanned), Ukraine and Poland.

Don’t take this amiss @Chad Constantine.

With all the questions you’ve raised, I really feel you should take your thread into the locker-rooms, changing rooms and showers of gyms in the real world.

Perhaps you could tell gym-managers that you’ve been retained by underwear companies to survey what hot gay men, who are always fashion-forward, are actually wearing to the gym. I would be happy to help you draft an in-depth questionnaire.

I started judicious use of Botox and fillers a few years ago. I’ve been using facial and body moisturizers for many years. I mix a dab of MAC coverup lotion with Kiehl’s 35 spf for my morning treatment and have a whole before bed routine if I’m no too exhausted. Fortunately, I have good skin with virtually no blemishes and have been wearing sunglasses daily, so minimal wrinkling around the eyes. Also a good moisturizer under the eyes really helps.

I’ll have to check into the Korean products.

Also, I now only shampoo my hair every three days. I wish I’d done that my whole life.

There's a 12-step group for just about everything you can think of.

As a variation of Rule 34, "if there is a thing, there is a pseudo-religious 12-step group for that thing."

I’d suggest wearing NoBull shoes for lifting. It’s a Boston-based brand for x-fit. They’re great.

I either wear spandex under my shorts or yesterday’s briefs. High quality long cotton t shirts.

I use resistance bands a fair amount. I use them when I do goblet squats. They stabilize the knees and make the movement more challenging. I also use the for sidestepping, which really helps if your hips and low back get sore from sitting a lot.

+ Pensant reacted to bnm73 in Who do you talk to about your hiring experiences?
I'm afraid I can't really relate to that. I'm too private a person about certain aspects of my life to care to discuss things like that with people I know. When I was an escort, I'd answer questions if someone asked, but I didn't feel the need to vent about my work. Since then, I've never felt the ned to talk to someone about anyone I hired or my experiences about it.

I can sympathize, but it's not something that I've personally ever dealt with.

I take Ativan regularly to sleep. Lack of sleep is a much bigger risk factor than taking small doses of benzodiazepines, at least for me.

( "Small" being half a 0.5 mg pill. And I've never suffered side effects from running out of Ativan other than a recurrence of insomnia.)

Reluctantly accepts the 2019 invite. I’d likely hop on a late afternoon flight after the pool party. That year is tough juggling plans with my brother’s birthday (April 14). I had a great time last time and would love to repeat.

I find most know about them. Some of my favorites are straight-edge and don’t drink or use poppers, which is fine with me. Some use them too much and can’t perform. I always got a headache and nose irritation from them. They probably have bad long-term effects.

Once I had a no-show for whom I bought plane tickets. Stuff happens. As @MassageDrew stated, it’s been discussed before. The typical route is a shorter introductory session. The majority of times, you’ll develop some chemistry before an overnight.

I didn’t need it, but I had fat grafting done on my face and they took the fat from my abdomen and I’m now a 31/32. No pain or issues, but I had to wear a girdle for about a month or so post-op. From those who’ve done it, cool-sculpting only works if you maintain a sensible diet and exercise.
