The first time I sat at the "friends of the parents" table at a wedding. That was not a fun milestone.

I travel solo all the time. I have taken many, many trips solo to Asia. There used to be a company based in Bangkok that organized private tours where it was just me with a driver and/or guide. Lots of great trips over the years all over SE Asia. I've done a couple of solo trips to Sri Lanka where it was just me and my guide/driver who is now a friend.

I travel around Europe solo frequently. Also Australia and Canada. Taiwan, Singapore and South Korea are great too and easy to do on your own. I am so used to it now that I'm not sure I could travel with another person now.

For sure your personality will make a difference. I'm an introvert so I don't meet a lot of people when I travel and it's generally not a problem. I enjoy my own company so I keep to myself mostly. Extroverts who need someone to talk to all the time might struggle a bit.

I have eaten alone almost everywhere I have traveled whether I was traveling alone or not. I never feel self-conscious because I couldn't care less what other people think. I can be alone with my thoughts, catch up in news or play a game on my phone.

The Long Beach City Council vote to impose a 4$/hour "hazard pay" on grocery stores is an excellent example of the old adage "The road to hell is paved with good intentions". All too often politicians pass good sounding laws without considering their long term consequences.

I have a double first. A couple of weeks ago, I was with a friend and I had sex with a random guy in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. I fucked him while he blew my friend. My first time ever having casual sex with a guy in the park and my first ever threesome. Definitely not the last time I’ll be visiting “the windmills” in GG Park. ?

Depends on the class, and of course the age range as well. In our college theatre classes, we don't shy away from cursing when it makes sense to do so. One term that my teaching colleague and I have coined is the "oh shit moment" - it's that moment when you say something and then realize you shouldn't have - which is an impulse that often comes up in acting terms. But of course when I've taught this device to younger actors, I call it the "oh crap moment" lol.

And then there was the fascinating discussion in class from a few weeks back - we had a student working on an Irving Berlin song ("The Secret Service") which refers at one point to "private dicks." I asked the student if she knew what she was singing about there, and there was some very funny awkward fumbling around as neither her nor the other students really knew, and of course thought it was a sexual reference. I think they were relieved to find out that it's short for "private detectives" lol. (She also didn't know what a "gumshoe" was. Kids - I don't know what's wrong with these kids today, lol...)

Giving to charity. I give around 8 percent of my annual income (after tax) to local charities and organizations that have meant a lot to me in the past. Have been doing this for the last 10 years. The rewarding part is being involved with these charities and helping to guide them as a member of their boards of directors.

He loved to show off his muscles and strength, when I would see him outside in his backyard through my bedroom window I would run outside and sometimes he'd call me over and wrestle me to the ground and flex on top of me

So finally got up the nerve to tell him how strong he was and if I could feel his muscles. I definitely remember once I came in my jeans because he was slamming his bare chest against my chest.....he had to realize that I had a boner
I think he liked the attention and adoration that I gave him because he'd call me over a few times over the course of almost 2 years until he got his serious girlfriend when he was a senior in high school

He joined the marines after high school and his parents got divorced and sold the house before he could come back home....never saw him after he graduated
I recall hearing that he was married by another neighbor a few years later. Never found him on Facebook or any other social media

Manhunt, a more intense version of hide and seek that all of the neighborhood kids on the street played. Those were truly the best days of my life.

Afterwards, all the teenage boys would sleep over my house and we’d circle jerk. We were the only house with an illegal cable box that got the spice network.

My nextdoor neighbor who was a lean ripped jock who would be shirtless in his backyard all the time and who finally allowed me to feel his flexed biceps and washboard abs when I was 14 and he was 16

Of course I'll continue to wear masks indoors (except in restaurants and bars) both because it's the law and because I support everyone taking precautions for a while. But wearing masks outdoors is the one thing I hate, it's not required, and from what I've read there's little or no danger there anyway. I've gone outdoors without masks a couple times now and I have to say it improves the quality of life immensely. Fresh air, deep breathing and maximum oxygen are wonderful joys.
