I think with a few hundred thousand dollars in your car fund, you should be able to find at least one car in your price range, even with extra taxes 😊 If you meant that is your total net worth... Dave Ramsey's rule is to never buy a new car until one's net worth is at least $1M. There's plenty of good used cars for under $10K which run just fine

Montréal trip report (and first post)
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to londonfunlad's topic in Male Strip Clubs
Wednesdays means fewer patrons than Saturdays, but especially fewer females than Saturdays. That makes for a more pleasant experience in my book. I would by all means visit Campus on a Wednesday -
Even with the 21% increase in automobile prices above inflation from 2019 to 2024, adjusted for inflation prices are still about 25% cheaper than they were in 1984, and with better products, too. The car I bought last year was the 2nd nicest in my family's history going back to the late 70s, yet adjusted for inflation was the cheapest. The real reason for the outrageous car prices is because Americans have traded up to nicer and bigger cars. They want more and more entertainment and the latest technology and sensors. No one is happy with a midsize or large sedan with no entertainment screens. Had Americans been satisfied with sedans instead of SUVs, car affordability wouldn't be a problem. The Ups and Downs of Airlines and Air Travel
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to mike carey's topic in The Travel Desk
I agree. Although my airline lounge experience is minimal (only 8 lounges visited to date), my own conclusion was that LHR T3 has some of the best. The only better lounge experience I had was at Sydney; and that was partly because I wasn't even aware of airport lounges before that trip. I spent my time at Cathay Business Class. The showers and shower amenities alone were a memorable experience! I'm not much of a noodle fan so my plan was to use the showers at Cathay then hop on over to Quantas for their food and drink. But I stayed at Cathay Business the entire time because Quantas was at capacity the day I was at LHR. Were you on a BA flight with the 'new' Club Suite? Yes, I was. As a big and tall guy myself, I was amazed at how small I made the enclosed suite look in a picture! Like jam on an English Muffin, I filled every nook and cranny 😂. WestJet had a similar seat product on my return trip, but without the door I believe, and I found it just as comfortable if not more so. The door really doesn't matter to me now that I've experienced it. I've always had fantastic flight crew flying Business or First Class. What set British Airways above the rest, for me, was the food and drink selection and quality compared to other airlines. And, it was the first time I ever ate a full English Breakfast, which was delightful 🙂 For comparison, I've only flown long haul business class on British Airways, WestJet, and Hawaiian Airlines. This autumn I fly Air Canada business class for the first time. Since this post, I have flown in Air Canada's lie-flat business class and JetBlue's Mint. I have to say, for flying solo, JetBlue's Mint product wins hands down. Its single person "throne" seats in rows 2 and 4 are more comfortable and spacious than any other business class lie-flat seat I've experienced (British Airways, Hawaiian Airlines, West Jet, and Air Canada). I'm still very much looking forward to a full English breakfast on my British Airways flight across the pond next week. If prices and schedule are tied, I British Airways menu is the deciding factor for me to choose BA. I don't mind LHR airport as long as I have several business class lounges with showers from which to choose. And I won't be disappointed if I never have to transfer flights at another Canadian airport again (cons of traveling Air Canada or West Jet, which otherwise have very nice business class at a competitive price). -
Here's a good place to start. Plenty of masseurs are included:

For this reason, I remind my boyfriend that my biggest financial asset is my pension. When I die, so does my pension. So, my young man will have an incentive to keep me alive as long as possible.

Friends of mine have expressed recent success with hired ranch hands in middle America.

I agree. Just like male strippers are great at dancing but often lack in escorting skills, I would heed @Monarchy79's advice and not hire immigrant day laborers for sex work. Some are probably dirty, sweaty, not groomed in their private areas, and aren't as active about STI testing as a professional man for rent would be. Even if he agrees to do it for the money, an immigrant day laborer is not going to be as enjoyable as a professional escort who has honed his body and his craft.

I frequent Puerto Vallarta (PV) every year, although not during its pride week. I have noticed that local men or men visiting from Europe charge more reasonable rates in PV than men visiting from the United States (US). So, even if pride week sees an uptick in men for hire coming from the US, expect to see a US man asking his usual US price. I agree with @oclatin92xxx. I now avoid traveling to any city during its pride week, as the demand at bars/beaches/clubs overwhelms the available supply.

Enjoy the tease. Once you broach the subject, it will no longer be a tease (whatever his response is)

The Golden Girls characters (except Sophia) were all in their 50s through the series. This type of living situation might not be as rosy in their 80s or 90s. Source: How Old Were the Golden Girls Supposed to Be? WWW.CBR.COM After endless speculation, the real ages of Dorothy, Blanche, Rose, and Sophia have been revealed, and... Currently, I live with 2 housemates, both men and both straight. But one is military and occasionally walks to the kitchen in his underwear, so it's a plus for me 😍. When I enter my Golden years in my 50s, I forsee still renting the rooms in my house to two men. Maybe they are both gay, maybe one or both is straight. As long as the youngest keeps walking to the kitchen in his underwear, I will continue to offer an active military discount in my rent 😁

New section: Known Scammers
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to BeefyDude's topic in Questions About Hiring
Yes, you should send money to guys who ask for it. ———————————————————— Please send me money. Contact details below. Thanks 😆 In your case, @Jamie21, it wouldn't be a scam because I have already hired you when I was in London and you are worth every penny (or tupunce, shilling, or whatever you guys use there) -

I first saw that question asked on a form at my local public health office circa 2006. My employer started asking that question on its job application forms "for statistical purposes only" circa 2013.

When and Why did Twink become Twunk ?
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to + pizzaBoy's topic in The Lounge
Here's a video from circa 2015 explaining common gay men body type classifications. Twunk hadn't made the list yet, but some other terms are very entertaining 😉 -
Guys who only bottom for strict tops
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to Constantine's topic in The Lounge
That is great insight into why some gay men prefer to hire straight or bisexual men. If an escort has learned to please a woman, then he should certainly have an easier time to please a man. Makes sense to me -
Guys who only bottom for strict tops
+ Vegas_Millennial replied to Constantine's topic in The Lounge
That's what I was trying to say. A great top usually has some bottom experience. By all means, I want a top who is enjoying himself in my hole and using it for his pleasure first. But, spend a few minutes on my (the bottom's) pleasure and then I'll return the favor -
