When a provider travels to me, I usually ask if he arrived by his own car, ride share, transit, etc. If he drove his own car and the hotel charges for parking, when I leave a tip at the end of the session I offer up "You were great. Here should be enough to cover parking and then some". In New York City (NYC) most of the men I hired took the subway or walked to me.
