I remember your detailed messages about parking when I saw you. At your location in Southern California, on-street parking is very limited and public transit is non-existent. Hence, your availability to provide a parking space (with instructions) was most helpful. Someone advertising in NYC would/could benefit from stating if they are near a subway station or are not more than 1 flight up or down stairs from street level. In suburban cities with ample parking, it's less of an issue. And, yes, I recommend hiring Rod Hagen. His services are great. His consideration for client parking is one of the many details like icing on the cake.

I was just talking about Chili's last night. My family and friends and I used to go to Chili's almost weekly during the 2010's. We stopped going when they were forced to shut down in 2020. When we finally went back in 2023, the changes were noticeable. The decor and atmosphere and clientele was louder, younger, and "cheaper".
