Escorts, whether they know it or not, are creating a brand identify from the moment they enter the scene, usually by a listing on RM or similar site.  From that moment going forward, the public brand or image is shaped by site reviews, Twitter, OnlyFans, personal appearances, forums word-of-mouth & self-participation in forums like this. All of that goes to image and reputation.
I’m not sure that an escort complaining about all the typical escort issues in an online forum (that is populated by people who hire escorts) where the escorts identity is known and affects his brand or image is helpful.  Some people might think the escort is too negative and others might think too uptight/rigid. Others might just be turned off by the complaining. I don’t think it has any upside for the escort, other than if it makes them feel better by venting.  

When I hire, I’m looking for a bit of an escape, adventure, fantasy & sex all rolled into one hour.  And I want it to be easy.  If there was an escort that I wanted to hire & was very public about all his complaints, troubles, frustrations, etc - i wouldn’t hire that person because maybe that negativity could show up in my appointment ?  I’d choose to hire the person who presents publicly as happy, successful, fun & sexy.  I want to maximize my chances of having a good experience and not get caught up in any provider negativity, however than manifests. 

Of course everyone has struggles & challenges - it’s how a person deals with them that makes the difference. A positive mindset is everything and if that can be created, then eventually positive things start to happen. And the reverse is also true.

I think you have to keep in mind a lot of these guys aren't actually trained so they're incapable of being able to switch things up, they have one routine they use on everybody or they're just not that skilled and get away with it because they're "hot" 😐
I've actually had the opposite problem, most of the guys I've tried their touch is way too light for me and even when I tell them they can put more into it, it's still pretty weak.
Definitely don't see them again, keep trying out others until you find somebody who can provide the type of massage you like.

That is the way.  I wouldn't worry about getting into their heads for a story that reflects on you. There's no way to know that.  But they did not respond to simple, direct requests from you, and so underperformed.  Move on.  There are excellent providers out there, you just have to find them.

That’s good to hear. Yeah some guys out there are just delusional.

Important considerations for masseurs are:
- what oil does he use (this reveals those using baby oil who aren’t really masseurs!) and is important because some clients have allergies to nut based oils.
- out calls with a table (another indicator of level of professionalism)
- does he accept payment by credit card as well as cash

I agree. It’s common and nobody should be scandalized by discussions of erotic and sensual elements. It’s not a big deal to say no, sorry I don’t offer xyz. It’s also ok to request a phone call if the provider is being sensitive to providing information in writing. It’s also ok to list erotic and/or sensual and have different definitions of what those mean and to clarify with the client “I offer abc, but not xyz”.

I saw TattoodBeef a few weeks ago. Very nice guy with zero attitude. His massage skills were pretty good. Only thing is that he worked so hard to give me a good massage that drips of sweat would land on me during the massage.  A bit distracting when trying to relax. Overall good experience. I left happy. Just my two cents!

While it’s not the only thing that comes into play for rates, I feel like you are correct. 
 
sometimes I look at the way some providers of certain races are talked about here, and compare it to their rates and services, and I’m floored that they’re able to charge what they do.
 
And It can feel like I have to do more for less (for lack of better wording).
