Notwithstanding the escort's unacceptable behavior, as a client I always hold (also?) myself responsible for not going overtime. When there's a risk of this happening, I discuss it with the escort 10 minutes before the planned session ends.
 
I'm sorry to say/write this, but I really don't understand how a person doesn't notice that 4 hours are passing by. If it would have happened to me, I'd have paid 400 eur.
