Question, If out of all of your bookings, this is the first time you were stiffed out of payment, why would you change your entire business model (imposing upfront payments), based on that singular experience? Have you considered the potential drop in future bookings as most potential clients do not like paying up front?

When people have sex at the gay sauna, that doesn’t always literally mean that they are having sex IN a sauna. In Europe, they call all bathhouses “Saunas”, and most of them do have saunas in them. But just like with bathhouses in the US, most of the sex occurs in rooms, play areas and not in actual saunas.

The international crews will always plague the market, either with mediocre unskilled work, or with its scams. Keep in mind that in many of their countries of origin, they don’t have the opportunity to make $200-$300 per hour or to even scam someone for deposits. It’s a lot of money to be made.

The key to this? let go of the self-induced shame that’s been programmed in our heads about tipping “etiquette”. if the restaurant has already calculated a tip amount in the pricing….. 1.) don’t feel obligated to tip more, and 2.) if you’re not happy about this, don’t dine at that particular establishment anymore.

The cops don’t waste their time with theives that much anymore because they are tied of wasting time making arrests, all for the judges to set the same crooks free.

I respectfully disagree with your take on why these crimes are occurring. I don’t believe that income equality is the issue. keep in mind that in the U.S., minimum wage has been at its highest, and many states have provided more than enough benefits to the economically disadvantaged since before the pandemic. Once the pandemic hit, people were issued free money, and full relief from paying rent and utilities, in addition to benefits they may have already gotten. People still come to the U.S. from 3rd world countries, just to be our version of “poor”. Yet none of these people are executing flash mod theft rings On a larger scale, this nation is plagued with a smear of social degeneracy, and an absolute disregard for the law, or overall decency. Until we are more aggressive with holding criminals accountable, this problem will only exacerbate.

And THIS is the type of shady, underhanded responses that turns people off about the gay community. I could think of a few things you could work on. Your commentary was unwarranted and unnecessary, and cowardly. This guy is sharing a terrible experience and being vulnerable in a forum where people are supposed to treat each other with a sense of support and kindness, and you just couldn’t help yourself. You had to smear this discussion thread with snarky, stank shade. Shame on you. Do better. BE BETTER.

Block him and move on to the next. No man on earth is worth you torturing yourself over any judgements of what he may or may not think of you. Be unbothered and move on.

What’s strange about these events is that they don’t really seem “free spirited”. It’s an overall vibe of sexual deviance and aggression.
