The academic in me wants to quote from the Uniform Commercial Code. The masseur can make any offer they want, it is up to you to accept that offer - or not. I do think the masseur should disclose upfront that the offer includes an uber ride. That way you are not surprised. I consider the offer in totality before accepting - just like I do any other purchase like internet shopping that includes a shipping fee. I would venture a guess that you also find shipping fees annoying - and you are not alone!!

Not familiar with that particular rule, but when I was in college I would have considered it - temptation would be high with hunky guys around.

I have seen a number of straight guys advertise on Doublelist. Never took the plunge myself - not really my thing, but I would advise you to be cautious. When people are desperate, they do dumb things. Meet in a public place first. I guess that makes me the outlier. Have always been comfortable using condoms. PreP does not protect against all STDs - even if you are on PreP it only makes sense to use condoms if you want to avoid those. Let’s face it - condoms also makes cleanup afterwards whole lot easier! ?

The CDC published a study in 2015, that is when I started taking Prep. It said that Prep is 99% effective - when you add the additional protection from condom use...well it is probably as close to 0% chance of transmission as you can get...
