Today is the first time I noticed panic buying in NYC - also left the first store (packed with people) and had to wait in line at the 2nd to find many empty shelves. Will make sure I am at the door first thing tomorrow.

Correct! When you give extra to a business owner it is not called a tip - it is called a bonus! I have a restaurant owner in my neighborhood that opens by himself early morning and always stand ready to serve me breakfast. I insist on tipping...I mean...bonusing him! ? I am afraid some rules of etiquette was set, and is stuck, in the era when ladies wore corsets. I mean, just read Jane Austen!! ?

Just stopped by my neighborhood grocery store here in NYC. No sign of panic buying, shelves are stocked per usual. ?

From my research the best tasting meals are in the “uniquely yours” plan - that includes entrees that were fresh-frozen. ?. I could be wrong, going by what folks are saying online (always reliable!) ?

Depends on which provider you are asking about. I believe Nutrisystem sends you meals for a month, so it must be frozen. The others like Factor sends you meals a week at a time, so likely goes into the fridge.
