It’s always sad when a company ends up in Chapter 7. But sometimes there is a valid reason. It’s a civilized way to wrap up and end a failing business. No more debtors prisons.

It can be a generational thing too. Those who grew up in the 1980s or before tend to be more “cautious”/circumspect than younger folks. Also depends on where (as in region/country) as we all need to be mindful of the local yokels!

It depends on the chemistry of the two people involved. I am open to it and it has happened (to my sheer delight) but I didn’t initiate it. I let the Provider decide if he’s okay with it. It has happened with my LTAs, never one timers.

All I have to say is that humans are complex creatures and bonds can form, even affection and love. And this can go both ways. Why be clinical and cold about it?

Well…. Can’t blame the workers.  What a hassle to get around it. If it’s not an important section, then cut through it for a road and preserve the rest. If there is a gateway, then use it; otherwise cut. Let’s be practical.

You are just another human stuck out in the middle of a lakebed, in the mud, with water up to your ankles with dwindling food & water and no place to $hit.

This can be a wide ranging discussion given the breadth of what the term “drugs” covers (from very mild/socially acceptable to Kray-kray). Best for both sides to have an open discussion and not assume things. Also best if you know the person and trust them. Just in case. Just saying.
