For an American tourist, its's really not a lot of money.

Excuse me for starting a new Johnsons thread; but, all of the existing threads dedicated solely to the Ft Lauderdale/Wilton Manors location have expired.
I spent Christmas evening at Johnsons Ft Lauderdale.  It was a fantastic time! 
I entered just before 8pm, and was a little apprehensive about the new ownership and rumored changes.  Except for one minor hiccup (they were low on ice early in the evening; and, it was humorous watching the several older owners quibble about who is going to run to 7/11 to get more ice), everything seemed to operate as normal before Matt's (the former owner) departure.  The drinks are still lower priced than any other gay bar on Wilton Drive.  That alone is reason to visit if in the area.
The sign displaying each woman must be accompanied by a man was still prominently displayed, and it was much appreciated.
Being a Thursday and Christmas, the club was very slow.  However, the 20/80 rule applies.  Just like 20% of the pods produce 80% of the peas, so to does 20% of the customers generate 80% of the income.  The club on Christmas was frequented mostly by its regular, established, clientele who tipped prominently and the lap dance area was always full... Despite the tables being mostly empty.  Only 1 female was present all night; and, she behaved herself and made no loud squealing noises and tipped the dances and left before too long.
There was a mix of white and latin men, and one Asian man.  Several of the dancers recognized me from my last visit months ago.  I had especially fun time with Jackson from Colorado and Calvin from Bogata, Columbia.  I had private dances with about 5 of the dancers, and only 1 (John... Not to be confused with Johnny) tried to claim he danced for 5 songs instead of 2.  Thankfully, Johnsons does a great job of announcing when each and every song starts, so I knew it was only 2 songs.
It was the 2nd best Christmas Day of my life (the first was sex on the top deck of a cruis ship Christmas night; but, that's another story).  We'll see if LeBoy can steel my away tomorrow night 😊 

summary of my week of Johnson's visits ending 10/26: 
No sign of Matt who has sold the bar nor do I know if i saw the new owner. Most nights about a dozen dancers but Friday and Saturday twice that....At last a 10-20% contingent of sub-25 white American twunks has returned together with an upgraded fitness model type bodybuilder 10-20% and a few young latins who blend those 2 groups. The rest are the 35-ish latino "filling-out" types and the 25-35 yr old heavy hard muscle guys covered from ear lobe to ankle with tattoos perhaps from state prison. Those last two groups had taken over Johnsons for a while and had run Boardwalk for years.
The winning tactic is to immediately get a $10 private room wristband as when the dancers see that on your wrist they act madly in love with you. Dances have gone up from $20 a song to $25. Agree on a timer on one's phone to count time. !! There's an armchair for the client to sit in and the dancer is over you in front.
Starting with the 10's:
Perfect 10_--There's an Italian guy from Sicily about 25ish with the most perfect model's face on a bodybuilder ever. World's most perfect white skin, black hair, white teeth, deep blue eyes, and smile. He was only there saturday night and i forgot his name. He's aggressive if you have a wrist band on in a nice way. Legs like tree trunks. His back has a complete tatoo but only a couple small ones on his gigantic arms. Obviously a popuar guy with lines to tip him. Could be Malik's better-looking bodybuilder brother. Perfect English . A sure get.
9.5--- A blond 23 yr old Argentine whose name i never understood but think it starts with a C. Absolutely Zero English but uses Google translate. Great 6-pack and physically friendly. I did 5 songs with him and very arousing. The amazing thng is he looks and acts 100% like the screentest of Marlon Brando at 22 I've seen.. Doesn't get much better. 
9.0--- Jackson, a 22 year old blue-eyed twunk from Denver who has traveled all over the world. About 5'8" and amazing face and blue eyes with a soccer player's body. He's there every night even though he also lives in Miami. Hangs around outside or talking to friends a lot and doesn't hustle dances unless you ask him . 
9.0-----6 Ft. Georgio from Argentina. I had assumed this was a Florida country guy with amazing natural body as country guys often have but he's Argentine although he speaks perfect English. Fairytale can be hit or miss. Late on Fridays or Saturdays are the busiest which increases the chances of a variety of  boys. It is a small space which can feel cramped  at times. The last time I visited there was some bar dancing but mostly the boys were working the room looking for privates. The spaces for lap dances are basic but adequate and I don’t feel watched by a monitor. I’ve had some good times at Fairytale with some beautiful men. Good luck!

My first time to Cock Bar in Toronto over the weekend . I went around midnight on both Friday and Saturday nights as I had other obligations earlier in the evenings.
 
I misunderstood the entrance my first night as I thought you went upstairs once you entered Flash On Church but the doorman stopped me and asked if I wanted the strip club and walked me to the entrance off church street next to flash. 
 
it was a $10 cover both nights . I would estimate approximately 8-12 dancers there both nights . They had one dancer dancing in each room (there are 2) simultaneously. They had a nice mix of dancers  I didn’t see any that remained clothed . Some stayed nude longer than others.
I was pleasantly surprised . Friday night i  had my favorite …a college jock frat boy type .. Valentino from Cuba . He was very hot and friendly in the lap dance room. The rooms are very large and lock . I spent most of my time with him on Friday night . 
 
Unfortunately he wasn’t working on Saturday.  I had a nice time with a muscular and friendly Russian dancer along with my favorite of the night a beautiful Venezuelan who looked like a soccer player. He didn’t speak much English and I just discovered him when it was near closing time but we still had a few lap dances that were nice . 
 
Bartenders were friendly and drinks were ok priced. But I had to keep track of the number of lap dance songs as it was sometimes hard to tell when one stopped and one started . 
 
I wouldn’t go to Toronto just for this club but i had a good time and would definitely return if I were already in town. . 

 

Now I understand why this area is not as popular as I had hoped. The streets and the presence of food vendors make it feel like a third-world country. There were a bunch of Asian women, some of them wearing red ropes and ready to go.
I was mobbed as soon as I walked around, but when I asked for boys, I got a dirty look, so I came to Friends Tavern. It was pretty quiet with not many boys around. I’ve been a few times mostly because it’s the only option on Upper east side. There’s a Latino guy there named Andre I believe that was okay but I didn’t repeat because he was a little full of himself. There’s also two younger-ish Asian guys Leo and Spice that aren’t bad. I can’t enthusiastically recommend anyone there but if you’re close to that area it’s a decent option
