As a massage therapist provider I never answer calls. One, almost no one calls, so when they do its become a red flag. When they do call and I answer it's usually nothing but sexual questions and basically becomes them wanting to waste my time or turn it into phone sex. For these reasons, I will never answer phone calls again.

I am going to guess you are 60+ years old? This business doesn’t work with telephone calls. That is a reality you’ll need to adjust yourself to.
 
Don’t call unless you’ve been invited to do so. Put yourself in the provider’s position. He’s not sitting at a desk waiting for phone calls. He may be at his day job, running errands or doing any number of things. Managing dozens of inquiry calls, many of which may not be serious inquiries, is an imposition. Making an initial inquiry and negotiating the meet-up by text message (on the app he requests) is going to be convenient for him.

I'm notoriously bad at reading between the lines, but, in my case I would take things in the opposite direction of what you're getting at.  I would never expect or assume that a masseur would be offering any 'extras', so I'm pretty sure I'd be completely oblivious to any signals.  Even if if the masseur took all of his clothes off and climbed up on top of me, I would probably convince myself that this was just part of the therapeutic massage.... 🤣

I think what you are getting at is showing respect.  When I meet someone new I try to read signals and even then I move carefully until I know what is Ok.  I always adhere to be nice and respectful and you will almost always have a great experience.  Act like an ass and you get what you deserve.

I have often heard providers complain about the "grabbers." You can tell by some of the discussions on this board, many men are too hungry for anyone's good. Their appetite for sex is insatiable. They grab instead of touch sensually. It reminds me of men who scarf down their food. Get it in as fast as you can because I need to feel the pleasure as quickly as possible. It's a message of desperation. These are not fun or enjoyable customers. I don't care what they are willing to pay.
If you are this type of guy, it is not easy to change. Because change requires a behavioral adjustment, and many refuse to see the forest for the trees, and face their own truth. The best and safest way to deal with a client like this is to let him go.

Too much is on the line for providers. Esp if you are advertising massage in the US. I personally don't take or respond to clients that cannot read between the lines. Also, I provide pleasure because I want to, it's hot. The moment I feel like I am demanded to, I am out.  But obviously this is not the case for many providers.

I don’t ask for it, I just hope it happens. But it’s not true that all guys on masseurfinder provide it. (Or if they do, it’s certainly a YMMV situation for many of them.)

There's a big lack of common sense when men are horny. 🍆
 

Stop asking for happy ending right out of the gate. If we are on rentmasseur or massurefinder we will do full service.  But if you come in hot with your questions. We will turn you down. Read between the lines of the response, if we tell you the price that's the price and its a yes,  if you keep pressing for a happy ending we will think you are a cop and drop you. I feel like it's common sense.  

I would just make a first 1-hr appt and go from there. My details freaked one guy once and almost canceled the appt, but we eventually met and he delivered beyond my requests.
 
Since then, i never ask for much in details until we meet in person.
