I usually give an arrival grace period of 30 minutes. My regulars know I'll ask for an ETA after 15 minutes, so they always tell me ahead of time. If a provider can't do that, he's free to find another client to get money from. Just not me.

I have providers who work 9-5 jobs. I'm less likely to see them, because I have to schedule ahead of time, whereas many others are available every night and/or weekend. One guy I met before, he works, and wasn't even able to find a time slot over a 2-week vacation. But they'd be better off, even if they work, by marking themselves as "available now" if they have free time. I prefer to make hiring decisions a lot closer to the session, and I can't schedule 3 weeks ahead of time when dealing with a local provider.

The ages of providers and regulars I see has been going up for just the reasons you said (more respectful/experienced/mature/etc.). They also have enough experience to realize that good manners can lead to repeat hires, which younger ones don't always seem to care about. Because I look substantially younger than I really am, I also tend to be a "pleasant surprise" for escorts. Especially ones in their 30s, which has become a sweet spot. One note - I know a lot of escorts who list being "29" for many years in a row, but like someone said, I don't care as long as they're hot.

For a "monogamish" marriage, it may be better for both parties to stay ignorant, as long as you protect against STDs or pregnancy. Yes. It requires not only good acting skills, but also a genuine enjoyment of sex (in general, not for the client). Kissing has always been my measure of how good an actor they are. I've had to turn down a regular because I don't want to leave that many reviews on a single person. As I said, that's a red flag.
