For years friends and colleagues have encouraged me to move my business to an online platform. COVID gave me the kick in the pants I needed to do this. The success of my business has surpassed any expectations.
I was able to pool my resources and be a mentor to others who have ended up being equally successful.
Congrats man

We all know 2020 sucked but what’s the best thing you were able to get accomplished or the best thing that has happened to you?
I’ll go first, I have been photographing people for a few years. I always had to work out of my home. Two days ago I closed on my first commercial lease. I now have a Modern Portrait Studio in Greenpoint.
Covid destroyed my businesses and my savings; But when life gives you lemons I choose to make lemonade. Covid also taught me how to be a better friend and have a life.

Now I know someone to keep in mind when I visit the city ?.
Many in the country are pretty expensive for the city they are in and I look for someone who can do massage first and then some MT and HE. While some of them claim to do so it has even either fully therapeutic or no massage skills. I don’t look for escort and only visit the website as I have never been sure if they can do massage or it’s Scott.
I do travel a lot for work so typically my budget would be between 90-120. If the masseur is excellent I may go to $150 but then the reviews have to come from here and the masseur must be hot. If people are able to earn more than that good for them.
I was playing with my prices and was thinking of charging $140 but $5 isn’t much of a difference. Unlike a lot of the guys that advertise I live in a new building in a very safe area. I went to a provider a couple of months ago that was really nice but the area was so sketchy.
I moved to NYC in sept and even with Covid I am paying $2650 a month for a studio in Hell’s Kitchen.
-
I personally charge $145 for 60 mins or $185 for 90 mins. I have hired guys in the past and I am always disappointed that they charge more then me and their massage sucks.
I live in NYC now and there is a lot of competition but I am happy with my prices and have no plans of ever raising my prices. I feel about $160 for 60 mins clients wants more of a escort like service which I don’t do. I do give MT and HE of course.

I tend to stay with masseurs in Manhattan. I don't like traveling far for a massage. Now if he does outcalls, I will always throw in a pretty nice tip because I know he has come farther then normal. On top of the regular price of course. I mean a really nice tip. He's happy.

Wish he would make the trip down to Philly for weekend!!!
I would love to make a trip to Philly after lockdown. Where is the gay area?

I cannot recommend Danny enough. Great massage. Great personality. Great guy. Conversation with really nice. Some may not like to talk during a massage (typically me too) but it was a nice conversation. Is there a sixth star to give? I personally recommend. Oh ya, I know this says in DC but he's now in NYC. Which is great for those of us here.
Thank you so much ;-)

Sergio has frozen his membership.
Omg my eyes.. Horrible photoshop skills.

Does anyone know if Danny provides MT / HE? I wouldn't want to offend or make him feel uncomfortable by bringing it up.
Send me a PM

I just moved to Hells Kitchen. I love it

can you run this by me again: you saying you only paid $250 to move in, and got first two months free? This almost sounds too good to be true.
I always ask people: if you going to tell me something that sounds too good to be true, be sure to include all the caveats lol. Like some people, “I just got a new car with no money down! Okay, but what’s your monthly payments and insurance like? Lol.
I paid $250 for the deposit and $1580 for the prorated rent for Aug. Sept and October are free and my rent in November is $2620.
I am located in Hells Kitchen on 52nd St in a luxury apartment. My studio is 580sq

I just signed my lease and now reside in Hells Kitchen. I live in a luxury apartment very close to the subway. I could not be happier living here.
I was able to get the apt with $250 deposit and two months free.

Good luck. Having an income of 3 times the rent is reasonable. In NYC I believe it is 40 times the rent.
I am moving to NYC soon and some buildings want 45x rent.
I pay taxes and have bank records so I am concerned. I have had some buidings deny me beacuse I am def employed... Landlords think if you have a corporate job and collect a paycheck you will always have a job it’s quite stupid..
Have you tried offering first, last and deposit?

I have met him in DC at the bars. He is good looking and was very nice to me. Just beacuse one client had a bad experience doesn’t make him a bad provider. You can’t expect good chemistry with everyone....

I live in LIC. It's one stop to Manhattan on the 7 train and the E train from different parts of LIC. It's actually quicker to get from W Village to LIC than to Upper East Side, as an example, since you wouldn't have to change trains.
Maybe I’ll see ya around ;-)
-
Just my 2c, hotels right now in Manhattan are pretty cheap. Does it make sense to rent one out in LIC?
i am casing out the area where I would move too. I am a portrait photographer and need space for shooting at my home.

What do you guys think about Long Island City. I found a very nice hotel very close to Queensbridge Park. Or should I stick with a Bushwick Hotel.
I will be in NYC July 20th-23rd
-
What’s weird is I tried checking his profile and I see he blocked me lol.

I can vouch for Daniel84 as a wonderful provider, masseur and photographer. IF anyone is in his area, book him. He is a lovely, sexy, talented man!!
We miss you Daniel84 on the west coast!!
You are so sweet, I need to visit soon and catch up with you.

I talked to a friend who lives in Midtown and told me he rejects tons of clients in Brooklyn.
-
I am also a a fine art portrait photographer so I need space to shoot in my home. Tons of artist live in Brooklyn and it has a great community. Washington DC is great but it’s lacking a artist community.
