Wow, this is quite a thread, from just a few questions about the Seeking website. I have had several very successful arrangements including one that I am in now with a fabulous guy. A couple of observations, while you may be atttactive or in great shape, you're probably still a grandpa in their eyes . That's okay, they signed on for that. Treat them with respect and you will get the same in return. Turn the feelings of jealousy of other things they do around. Would you really want this twenty somethng guy with all the issues that go along with being that age around 24/7? Even if they are the next Jamie Dimon the issues facing that age group can be exhausting for those who have been there done that ! So if they see other guys or travel without you, be happy for them, not jealous. Don't ask questions if the truth will bother you.  You may remember the movie Saving Private Ryan, when the young soldier Matt Damon, morphs into the old man in the Normandy graveyard. We all had our turn to be Matt Damon. Now even Matt Damon is looking a little "older" . Gay men can be a petty jealous group, try to rise above that. Personally I am glad that I have the ability to hire or arrange with these guys and am not figuring out how to retire on Social Security. Four or five days every other month is plenty.  Zadun in Cabo San Lucas in February will be  lot more fun with this guy than with my peers even though they would pay !  Some people can get just way too involved. Be glad for th opportunities that modern technology and communications have brought to us.

You don't get eggs that look like him at Aldi...you sound more than a value shopper, just plain cheap. As I have said time and time again this sport is not for pensioners. $350 is a regular rate in most places. Now whether he is your type or lives up to his promises, different subject, but $350 is on the low side of regular rate in most areas.

In my honesty, I am so shallow that I wouldn't make for a decent rain puddle; I salute you as the better man in this post.

No one should ever plan a weekend or even a overnite with a provider unless they have seen him a few times or more and there is some sort of connection that you actually want to spend time with him outside the bedroom and shower .. just saying 

I met him for dinner and fun. Not quite as outstanding looking as his pictures would lead you to believe, but good. He was on something when he arrived, twitchy and sweating. I should have said thanks but no thanks. I thought dinner would help and it dis somewhat. Held me up at the end for an outrageous !,500 for and evening of 5 PM to 10 PM .Sweet country kid from Upstate NY, lost in Manhattan. I hope someone, preferably himself, rescues him before he falls between the cracks.

This may be 2023 but a lot of guys still have a hard time coming to terms with identifying as gay. Not everyone, especially in some more rural or less sophistcated arenas are so warmly accepting of gays. Guy I see is late 20's, drop dead good looking and if you met him on the street would tell you he's straight. After almost a year and lots of discussion (before durning and after amaxing sex) he will talk about how hard it is to admit he's gay. So I think there is some of that going on. The world has changed, but not that much. 

I guess you have reason to be angry. Sorry that I made your day unpleasant. We never know what the next guy is going through, whether it be a providor or a forum contributor. I need to remember that. . I stand by what I said, $350 is on the light side, but I don't face your challenges.  One nuance that I overlooked was the lack of a face picture. If I don't see a face, then my character judgement flags go up and I don't hire. We stand together on that one. Some great photos without a face is a deal breaker at any price. Hope you get healthy my friend. 

I didn't mean to be snide, but hiring is a luxury. I suppose that complaing about rising prices of luxury goods is more than common, but I often look at it as sharing the wealth and helping a guy out. Seems like more of the guys I have seen were nice guys in a hard place or just ones that enjoyed luxury they couldn't afford. Even the ones that took advantage, were just paying back bad treatment from guys that had taken advantage of them. I know call me a Pollyanna . That is probably true but that with my fairly decent abilty to judge character before meeting has served me well.  Smart luck I guess. Sorry if I came across as snide.
