+ m_writer got a reaction from ICTJOCK in Lesion on Escort's Hand - should I be worried?
To all, I'm wondering how to broach a sensitive subject.
I'm planning to hire an escort who has good reviews here and I know his Twitter account. I was looking at his pictures when I noticed a set of lesions on his right hand:

At first I thought it was a cut or eczema but then I took a closer look, and (forgive me for assuming since I am not a medical professional) it looks really similar to herpes sores. The thing is how should I approach this subject?
    1. Should I hold off hiring the escort until his skin clears up?
    2. Should I make plans with the escort but simply ask him "I noticed in your Twitter pictures of your hand. Are you all right and is it something we should both worry about or be aware of?"
    3. Or is the picture a simple rash / injury and I'm making too much of a big deal about it?
As much as I want to not offend the escort with my questions, I do want to be safe (and play safe too).  So I'm wondering from fellow escorts, if this were you, how would you like a client to approach you on this?
    Thank you.

So was at my general doctor's office yesterday.   He's a great physician and we've always clicked.    I missed my physical in 2022,  so I got chided for that,  but mostly asked a lot of questions and got the update.   All very positive with the basics.
Due to family history,  I like to be tested with my blood sugar (for diabetes).    I go through everything,  including an HIV test  (which I do monthly,  but just not through my regular doctor).    I received a tetanus shot and recommendations on a variety of things upcoming.
Was applauded with the continued  commitment to fitness and what a difference it makes.    The largest thing was the confidence the physical gives in knowing your health based on facts and testing.     It really adds positivity to your day and work!

I posted this on Muscle Service, as well, and wanted to share on this site too.  I was hiking on a trail on Long Island the other day and who should pass by on his bike but Apollo Phoenix.  He was shirtless, wearing red shorts, and sporting a beautiful tan.  It was unmistakably him.  He passed me once again when he was returning in the opposite direction AND it would be an understatement to say he looked GOOD!  He is beautiful... wish he still advertised.  Having fantasized about him for years, but never having met him, I felt as if I had seen a celebrity.

I would report it.  If you still have a link to the provider the police will have more info than usual and may be able to find him.

Agree, please post link to the provider. The Deli is to discuss providers, including to warn hobbyists about bad news bears.

I would report it to the police.  Give them the information they need.  Would tell them we met on line and went out and at the club he disappeared and you figured out he stole your care, (grand theft auto) your lap top ands from your rented home(buglary).  I would give them alias, the phone number you called to reach him and tell them you were aware that he was a sex worker.  I would not offer nor would I ever admit to having paid him for any activity.  This will allow you to put in insurance claims.  And as this would likely be an easy arrest, the po9lice might follow up.
I once went with an escort who was staying at my home as a base of operations for a week, to a local police department to report a bounced check.  The officer there came back to the bouncer's home and though he was not there, his elderly mother was.  She was horrified and made good on the check right on the spot.  One thing you can be sure about, if you do not report it, it will be a total loss and that he will do it again. Reporting it is the only way to recoup anything.

Hey there. So last night I had overnights with 2 guys, unrelated (didn’t know each other) we went to another place and at like 4am one of them disappeared. I found out later he took my keys, drove to my Airbnb and stole my wallet and 2 laptops

I have messaged and called and no answer yet. What should I do now ?  Help !

I am sorry this happened to you. You are going to have to report the theft to the police. It is necessary if you want to file a claim with your insurance company. You don't have to go into your "hiring" details, but will have to provide details that can help the police track him down. Like phone number and pictures. Do call your bank/credit card companies and notify them so they can check your accounts for unauthorized transactions and replace your cards.  If your computers are set up to "remote wipe" like mine are, initiate the wipe.  When you get new computers, change your login details for your accounts, in case the old credentials are saved in your browser on stolen computers. If he has your keys, you may need to change locks too since your wallet/ID probably has your address on it.  And post a link of the thief here so we know to avoid him.  Alternatively if he's been discussed here in a separate thread, leave a comment in the thread, something like "I met him. I do not recommend."  When I see that, I know something is up.  Good luck buddy!

Thanks again to all the posters.  Usually I will hire three or four escorts during the week of my birthday.  this year, was an exception.  After trying to hook up two of my more regular friends without success, I decided that perhaps this years I should just chill and then get really freaky later on.  So that is the plan.  Chills this week and then some sort of mini cool wave experience without the drama at some future date.

If I were a provider and had a slot open, I would be delighted to be number two...I fill a slot, get paid for it, and potentially have a new regular if I do a great job. And I would work doubly hard to show you I am better than that other guy anyway!

I wouldn’t mention that he’s your second choice. Clients reach out to me last minute all the time with no explanation at all and I don’t know the difference. I don’t care if I’m a back up. I’m glad to have the business, and glad to get a chance to prove my worth and potentially gain more future business because of it.
I’m annoyed when you reach out last minute, because I want your business and the limitation on me getting that business is YOU (not giving sufficient notice), not me (in the middle of doing my job). However I recognize that other guys flake and that’s not on you.
If I am available, I accept. Win-win. If I am not, you might not get a prompt response because I have to finish with my current client before texting a reply. If I am in the middle of a 2-hr or longer appointment it could be a while! So give some grace in that case. It’s amazing how butt hurt some guys get when I don’t treat them as if I am on call 24/7 exclusively for them. I’m not on call for them and they know it, but these clients still treat me with the same level of unreasonable expectations.
It’s perfectly acceptable to request same day or last minute, but keep your expectations very low. Be kind, understanding, and courteous. We get constant requests for last minute bookings and we can’t even respond to them all that quickly because we are busy fulfilling requests that other clients made in advance.

Let me say,  I view myself as a professional in all aspects of my life.   There really isn't a "second choice".    If you had booked someone else and they backed out and I was approached after  really isn't relevant.    A client is a client.     You may not have even seen my profile or didn't have the information.  It wouldn't be important to me in any way.     That's what you should always expect..... and actually,  no reason the escort booked after wasn't the initial booking.

    Are you single?
I ask because this is a job for some, but you can also make it into whatever you want it to be. There is a possibility even to find the love of your life. But I digress. lol
My advice would be not entirely to dismiss any possibilities. You're going to meet all kinds of people -- old, young, fat, thin, married, single, straight, gay, etc. Treat others with respect and be open with communication. Tell them what you want and what you need. Be upfront and straightforward. Approach each person as if they were the only client in the world. Make them feel like they are the center of your universe for the time you are with them. Be fully present in all situations and have a Plan B or an "exit" at all times.
Sit down and paper out why you want to do this. What do you have to offer that others don't? Are you working towards a goal? Do you have debt to pay down or do you just want some extra cash? Are you going to do this in your home city or travel? What hours? How will you manage this with your professional life? Social media? Facebook profile? Instagram? Twitter?
What happens if you're recognized? Who knows you?
These are all the questions you should be asking yourself and you'll need answers to everything -- or at least answers you're comfortable with.
This industry is absolutely amazing. Leveraged the right way, it is a win-win for both the client and the escort. It can be better than therapy, but more brutal than a root canal. High highs. Low lows.
Ground yourself first and figure out what you want out of this. Maybe write back a bunch and we can be here to help guide you.

Disclaimer: I'm a client. My partner is an escort. We met on Rent.men. We're getting married. Another guy, one of my closest friends, is an escort who helped me change my life. So I have an infinite amount of wisdom and experience here from all sides.
    Good luck!

Not a doctor and not trying to shame anyone, but regardless what caused the lesions I wouldn't hire the guy until he has fully healed. Likewise, I wouldn't hire/hook up with anyone if I had open wounds or lesions.

While I think it's irresponsible for anyone here who is not a medical professional to attempt to diagnose the cause for the escort's lesion, the OP is right to feel concerned.  If he hasn't contacted the provider, it's probably best he chooses someone else.

He's not the fastest responder, but is great with communication when he does.
However, and I didn't want to get into it, but he's been ill. It may be the flu or covid. It's why the overnight we had planned for this week has to be postponed. So he may not be responding because he's probably recuperating.

Make sure whoever you want to hire know he SHOULD be using a condom and take a pill to get it and keep it hard. Just a friendly advice considering for many young men condoms are out of fashion and won't even bring them to meet a client!
