Never know till you ask and try.? I limit my stays to keep costs down exactly so I don't feel the pressure to meet with so many clients and be too exhausted to deliver great experiences. Which brings up another curious question I have. How many clients do you guys think a visiting escort is seeing in a given day? My long term average is 3 but it varies from 1 to 5.

My current trip I have had a view inquires comment on how short my stay in any given city was. Almost in a complete astonishment type of way. I get the feeling that they felt I was too busy to try to meet with me, or had some other type of negative outlook on the short stay. So just curious and looking for feedback on how short stays (1-3 days) are interpreted and received.

Especially when unpacking said preferences reveal negative affirmation aspects that are not ones preference. In terms of race for example, one can prefer whites simply because lighter skin tones are more aesthetically attractive, and not really have anything to say about darker skin tones, simply because those who fall into that category never catch their eye. Once we focus and verbalize negative affirmations (I don't do...) is the moment that we have moved away from simply preference, and are manufacturing exclusionary and prejudice ideals.

Call it what you may, I think people sometimes are too quick to act on their "preferences". I mean why would someone like the pictures (let's assume recent and real) presented in an ad enough to make contact to set an appointment, have even further information available to them as far as stats, just to cancel and /or have contempt and resentment once they see a person in the flesh???

Depending on the lighting in the pictures and editing, one of color can easily appear lighter in pictures than what they are to no fault of their own. And most do not understand how and why a person of color can "sound white". And most people do not read details in ads, so much so that I feel I could have a career in marketing because of the skills I acquired posting ads on Craigslist in such a way that people would end up reading without really reading. All this coupled together is why this actually happens in some way shape or form to a lot of black providers and within intimate encounters as a whole.

If I may, I don't think Aaron was making that assumption, I believe he was saying when an escort cuts 100+ because of desperation. Not speaking for him of course, but just how I interpreted what he said. And it does happen because of desperation, even with well known escorts. Don't feel bad, the truth is always best. Speaking from personal experience, the only things that rub me the wrong way in regards to rates is when prospective clients expects an unlimited amount of time for an hourly rate(for me 240), or suck at negotiating and offer 60 or 100, which is up to a 75% discount for me. But there are still plenty I would be willing to save up and budget for if the opportunity presented itself. For those who respond with just "Thanks" As an escort, it's impossible to distinguish between just that one word meaning "thanks, not going to work" or "thanks...and subsequently expecting a follow up with availability, or even expecting and appointment if availability was already discussed. Due diligence and consideration would be better appreciated in more clearly communicating that rates are outside what you are looking for. Especially if you attempt to contact them again in the future, you are likely to be given more consideration back then just ending the previous conversation with "thanks".

When I'm home I usually drink an oatmeal protein drink I make with regular prepared oatmeal, protein powder and soy milk in a blender. On the road I usually sub 2 meals with protein drinks from Walgreens and have one whole meal for either lunch or dinner, depending on my schedule for that day.

Time your meals. For example, if you are seeing someone at 9pm, best to eat breakfast super early like at 5am to have it empty out before 9pm, or skip breakfast have have lunch around 1pm. I find it's 12 hours +/- 2 hours for food to empty. And avoid irritants to the bowels such as dairy and spicy foods. Depending on what your typical breakfast is maybe consider substituting for some variation of a protein drink. Still get your nutrients but have less solid food to worry about. I would consider your overall nutrition and dietary needs before doing so.

Sounds to me like he was trying to secure an appointment to cover the costs of his trip. Probably why he asked to move the appointment up so far in advance 2 weeks because he didn't have enough interest or didn't secure deposits for the dates he originally planned. Two things: I never get why some people react in such a hostile way when faced with some type of rejection (you rejecting his asking of a deposit) And second, some escorts do need to learn and understand how to run a business (minimize overhead, invest back into business when possible, take calculated risks, spend money to make money). It's not all just showing up and looking sexy.

Thanks for sharing, always interesting to hear sex work issues, stories, and practices shared from the view point of other countries. I just wish they would have expanded more on the question about purchasing sex and the worry if it was basically taking the human experience and organic nature of sex away by making it a transaction. I think great sex workers are the ones that provide the atmosphere to just have fun and enjoy. Some of my best experiences sexually have been with current or former sex workers. Not because they were hot or knew what they were doing necessarily, but because they somehow created and atmosphere that was just...frankly freeing. Everyone should have the opportunity to feel that, and if that comes with a price and transaction, so what? That's what I wish the US would realize and consider.

Not necessarily common. Depends on the context and situation. Analytical tip: asking or explaining why is key to figuring out a lot of things in life. Did he explain why? How did he explain it? Did you ask him why afterwards? Scams with deposits that are out there tend to have the "escort" saying that they need to make sure you are real and serious, or for safety or anything close to this. If he said that he had another person wanting to meet at the same time, and he wants to make sure you are really coming through so be can tell the other guy he is not available, then it would make more sense. For me asking for a deposit even in this understandable situation becomes a political issue of sorts, so personally I almost always schedule appointments as if they are all showing up and suggest and give open times, instead of having prospective clients be divided over the issue of a deposit. Context is always important. Also, if you already had a date and time set, if he didn't ask you if you could possibly meet a little earlier or later, I would be skeptical. That's the first step that should be taken in negotiating schedules and availability.

2 more cents... While it's not policy to go after sex workers specifically, we are always the scapegoats and fodder of efforts to curb sex/human trafficking. And while hotel chains are really only supposed be training to recognize and report signs of trafficking, you never know when you will encounter a hotel employee who wants to play tattle tale and act on their own personal prejudices and biases. Hotel stay contracts have in them clauses that prohibit illegal activities, which in the eyes of the law and public opinion, are blurred when it comes to sex work.

I try to stay in Marriott hotels primarily. They got slack a few years ago for targeting single women at their bars as potential sex workers. I think that has since subsided. IMO I think employees of the name branded "Marriott" hotels can be slightly biased at times. I try to stay in Moxy hotels from Marriott anytime I can. So when fake pictures are clear while other fake pictures may be blurry, it could be because they are using a full size copy (sent as an attachment). Anyone think this escort may have had the intention doing this from the start after the budget was stated? Never have heard this term, but what you described is why I feel Millennials get a bad wrap sometimes. I am a millennial and almost all of the things you mention apply to me as well, but just in high school not college. Hell, I even used my mom's stereo to record from the radio on CASSETTES and used her old Walkman when I got my first job. I think it a mixed bag with Millennials and that stereotypes that are associated. I would say they apply more to the upper ages of Gen z and the younger ages of Millennials.
