You’d be surprised by 2 things:

#1, Boise actually has a developing gay scene, I would almost consider moving there myself because it’s one city that’s not become over saturated live Denver and Phoenix western cities have become. And it’s a scenic trip to Seattle and the PNW. It’s still a bit “frontier-ish” but, I actually went on a nice date with a black brotha last time I was out there. Who woulda thought, in Boise of all places lol.

#2, from my experience, I would almost assume Uncle Phil has a big dick. I know a guy who looks like the younger version of him…and even my biggest bottom friend, can’t handle his 🍆 😆

It took me a while to figure out what No.2 is all about 😂

Perhaps @Marc in Calif is right that it's an NYC/DC/Chicago thing. But A list celebrities take the subway in NYC. Broadway stars take the subway. So the idea that some fit, healthy 28 year old can't take the subway is just silly.

You often get to where you want to go faster using subway. Sometimes it is faster by walking than taking a cab or Uber in Manhattan 😂

I bought a brand new car and they wouldn't budge on price at all. I did get them to buy my old car for $500 more though than they first stated. I told them after the first price offer that I'd rather just sell it on my own.

    I negotiated a higher trade-in value too.

Gay published only 11 peer-reviewed journal papers in her entire academic career (got her PhD in 1998).  Most professors publish 11 (or more) in a single year.  11 papers is about what you'd need before being hired as a 1st-year tenure-track assistant professor at a state school, yet Gay somehow became a full professor at Harvard publishing far less.  If a person is hired for a position despite being far less qualified, of course others will see that person as a diversity hire.

The tenure document at most institutions states that 30-50 publications are required for promotion to full professor. However, most professors don’t publish 11 papers a year for sure 😂

A recent review mentioned him being aggressive when the client left the provider’s apartment and needed to call the authorities — so an incall wasn’t an option.  Any suggestions for other options in the future for other providers (I am not going to try to meet with the same provider)?

Just move on and find someone else

I agree completely. He’s going to be totally turned on by your tenacity and online detective skills. You’ll probably become one of his favorite regulars.

Many of us often see providers we haven’t met yet at the grocery store, gym, or out with their significant others. Those are the best times to approach providers because you can ask all your questions while they aren’t doing anything or busy.

I don’t understand why everyone is unanimously telling you that this is a bad idea. I say go for it.

There’s nothing creepy, weird or stalkery about your inquiry.

😬😬😳😳. And here I thought a rainy NYC Sunday would be boring.

I am so tempted to second you but…

Been to New Orleans many times. Yes, it has a higher crime rate than most other cities (and has for decades) and you need to be more cautious, but that doesn't mean it isn't fun. New Orleans is that rare tourist trap-y place that's fun even though it's obviously a tourist trap and unlike most tourist traps, you can find very good food. You need to follow the usual guidelines for being in a city--be aware of surroundings, go out with other people, if you can. Canal Street has major hotels but it can seem desolate on a weeknight. The Monteleone is close to Canal, but at the beginning of the French Quarter, so it has a good compromise location.  There are other places worth seeing besides the French Quarter including the Warehouse District and the Garden District. There are numerous themed day or evening events throughout the year, that mostly target locals so you may find something that can draw you to one place or another.

The Garden District is an interesting place. As for food, a friend just complained that the food was greasy and salt in every restaurant he went to in New Orleans. I had not been to NOLA since covid. Not sure whether things changed for the worse or not.
