You keep referring to black men as if they are always judged for their blackness and not as individuals. If I sing the praises of a black man it's becasue of his individual merits, as a human being. That's not going to prevent me from criticizing another person who also happens to be black. As has been discussed here many times. Not every provider is skilled at serving anyone & everyone who walks in the door. Some providers are gatekeepers and you need to work hard to get past the velvet rope.
