Receiving massage is something that takes preparation and a mindset, and some of us have to listen to our bodies about whether today is a good day, before we set an appointment. If I find that my first choice may not be available, Ok, I’ll try him another time, and move on to second choice, third… Sometimes my necessary lack of planning results in no massage.
