  1. Great article. I recently caught a lovely documentary about ABT Principal Marcelo Gomes made five years ago. He addresses the acting involved. Anatomy of a Male Ballet Dancer I think it’s not very different from acting or singing a straight role in a play, musical or opera. In ballet, where every position and proximity and contact has a purpose, there is far less realism in the physical presentation of passionate love. It all has to be acted, and allowing real improvisational passion to the fore can break the precision necessary. Same with opera singers when characters cry. If they really do cry, as an actor might do, fluids developing in the nasal passages drips to throat and SQUAWK!!!! Janzen is factoring in MeToo and COVID, along with longer working relationships, in a thoughtful way.
  2. I personally don’t initiate on the first meeting. He’s either brought it up before like “light mutual touching is ok” and from there maybe he’ll create a situation of contact. Can’t hurt to ask if unsure, at the point where it seems organic for you. Look for guys with dual profiles, and really read the massage page, training and experience will be described and enumerated in profile. Do 60m massage first time, keep convo and meeting discreet. (Similar to first meetup for coffee rather than dinner and a show. $$) Say you click. If you want more, ask to schedule another visit for the extended or more mutual service, telling him you’re aware of the higher rate, and you’ll already have some sort of rapport. Tip well regardless of massage quality, though. At the very least you get a massage and a handjob, don’t make him remember you as cheap if you want to call again. 🤣
  3. At 30m mark, “I’ve really been looking forward to our meeting at X:00 and hope everything is ok” Zero response to that = fuck you. Move on to another guy.
  4. Ask female friends - they always know. Avoid in-person conversation about personal hygiene in public spaces though, if at work.
  5. In 1975, my not-out-19 year-old self read Patricia Nell Warren’s The Front Runner, which was lent to me by a summer job co-worker who figured I would find it interesting. He figured right. Over the years there have been so many rumors about a screen adaptation- what big stars might be right for Harlan, and the greater number of actors who wouldn’t go near it… My question: what’s stopping, say, Ryan Murphy, from creating a starry mini-series of it almost 50 years later? Do I maybe need to re-read it? Maybe its just not a good source for filmed storytelling. I do remember that the third voice provided a lot of exposition and descriptive character internal conflict, and that the writing of those things were a lot of my favorite bits. Have you read this book? Do you think it is time to adapt it for streaming treatment? It took place pre-AIDS, in a time of homophobia that sadly seems relevant in today’s social climate. I think it would have to be set in the 1970’s as written. We know that assembling a cast of out actors is possible today it’s actually a small group of gay characters in the story. Anybody think of who might be right for Harlan or for the students he coaches? Has this ship sailed, about to disappear over the horizon?
  6. In America, long term skilled nursing works for two classes: the Uber-rich and the indigent. Government does not pay for it unless you’re in the latter. You have to have nothing, zero, zilch, no house, no property, no retirement no savings. Don’t worry - you don’t have to actually take responsibility for unloading things when it all gets to that point. They’ll just take it once you’ve paid the last bill you can. Good thing we can be spared the worst sort of life and rely on the autonomy of choice with assisted suicide. Wait. What?
  7. There are so many variations that exist in mens dicks. Are we drawn to particular features, or just something that’s unlike our own that we know so well? I’m always fascinated by a “shower” - the inherent weighty hang of a semi, the way it moves when held at the base. Back when I was young and saw them up close for free… there was one guy whose reveal took my breath away - the proportions of meat and potatoes was generous and perfect, magnificent in motion. He loved showing it off. The inertia of it should have been used in a physics class.
  8. I think that the advent of life-extending medications and procedures has rendered the long-term care insurance model unprofitable. Looked into it years ago, and If you can get it at all, you’ll pay a fortune.
  9. I grew to love this show after enjoying the book. A single live performance is 2:50 with intermission. Wicked fans were able to stand outdoors for hours, rain or shine, to enter a raffle for front row seats. Multiple times. And now they can’t be relied upon, to sit for same running time. (less than 3hrs) Indoors. With snacks. Fukkem
  10. No table. I am a table snob.
  11. Use same product throughout, whatever you choose. Even in bath and kitchen. This will help with resale, which your OP indicated would be sooner than later. If you have a larger home, that would house a family of 4+ a scratch-resistant vinyl laminate can look very stylish and make life easier with kids/dogs etc. Before you choose, see what color is going out of style now, so you can avoid it. Chat with real estate people about hot/not. Since you claim to have less interest in visuals yourself, buy what will make the home look its best in photos and open houses.
  12. No one else can be Barbra, but many great singing actors out there could play Fanny. 2022: the overall public perception Fanny = Barbra, Barbra = Fanny. How can anyone scale that mountain in their first leading role in a big musical? In its first Broadway revival? Even if you have seasoned chops, playing Fanny is running a marathon. Onstage almost always, and constant quick changes - all the scenes requiring new looks to tell the story. I’ll give her plenty of room to grow in it. No question - she’s earning her shekels. I didn’t get the Lynch choice in Mrs Brice casting. A particular demo appeal, I guess. Mary Testa would be perfection.
  13. Bald head. Enough with transplants and toupee’s it was bald when you were born. Stay youthful!
  14. Given its freshness date, I hope it will be produced on the west coast asap. Seems a Geffen kind of show.
  15. 100% Platinun Cure Silicone Toys. No rubber, no vinyl, no pvc, no silicone hybrid, all of which are cheaper in price. Look at MR S Leather They carry two of the best lines, Mr Hankey’s, and Square Peg, and even though they’re known for big toys, both have smaller dildos and plugs. Both lines made in US. Also check out Topped Toys, a reputable all-silicone maker from Canada.
  16. Classy hot women sometimes hang out in hotel bars. They may be hoping for some guy to pay them for sex that evening, or they might be hoping to run into a friend who hangs out there after work, or they just like the cocktails and ambiance. A traveling man, a guest at the hotel, who has money to hire, but also enjoys conversation might approach and buy her a drink - he runs the risk of insulting such a woman by assuming the wrong outcome of their conversation either way. I’m not sure which party needs to disclose intent first.
  17. He’s not being difficult. Many of the people on a distribution are strangers to one another, and most people don’t want to give their names and email to strangers. Send it to yourself and add all the recipients in bcc. (B for Blind, meaning the distribution itself is not disclosed.) Thank him for the response and follow his advice.
  18. Just Finished: ANATOMY OF A SCANDAL Current: JULIA, HARD CELL (Netflix) Hilarious, Catherine Tate spending lots of time in the makeup chair! SEVERANCE up next, looking forward to return of old faves, OZARK, GENTLEMEN JACK, BARRY
  19. I have a couple tiny fractures accommodated by custom inserts from my orthopedist, which I am not sure would be possible from this kind of store, but if not for that, these seem pretty brilliant!
  20. If it is a notification from a service I do business with, I will not click on the link, but will contact customer service on their web page, or call them. Worth being on hold to verify, and a couple times I was able to report the number texting me or bogus email account, for their security dept to have on file.
  21. So cocksucking, but not all things oral. 🍑👅🥴 Sucking dick is the easiest sex act to improvise when the opportunity arises, as you can both remain clothed if going about it in semi public. Even straight guys will enjoy a non-reciprocal BJ. I think you are on the right track though with the clubs, which are safer. Fewer than ever, as many could not survive shut down. In LA my only experience is at NoHo Spa in the east valley Worth a try - the amenities similar to what you find elsewhere. No idea about current clientele.
  22. Fiber One is good enough for sexual activity. Not good enough for procedure. You need to follow Dr’s instructions with regard to cleaning out. The depth of the scope and the nature of the camera yields poor results with any solids present. It’s less likely they’ll see and grab polyps that need biopsies. Add one additional day of liquid fast ahead of scheduled fasting period - the last fiber sweeps most solids 6-8 hrs ahead of the MiraLax. So much easier! You will not starve with that one added day of liquids.
  23. If these are representative of what’s truly out there - a whole lotta fibbing on RM. Shocked, I am. Shocked!!

    FedEx Delivery

If the boxed item feels like it’s a dildo, then everyone’s sampling. Wash it very very well. 😲
  25. The OP question also mentioned a refusal of cash payment, which was the part on my mind.
