  1. They love to talk about it, but they will never do it. The amount of federal assistance they would sacrifice would instantly make them one of the world's poorest countries.
  2. There is one who says he loves seeing me. He treated me to lunch once and comped me once, so I believe him. We were walking along Union Square once and a homeless guy told me I looked like I drove a Lambo and my guy said, "You kind of do."
  3. That would be a bit of a conceit - thinking that the escort was wondering what had just happened.
  4. You use that eyeroll emoji a lot don't you? I wonder what that says about you?
  5. Unicorn may have revealed what is top of mind for him in his interactions with patients.
  6. I have one type that I call my archetype and when I have sex with someone of my archetype it is singularly exciting and satisfying. I have lots of other types - in fact, I have so many types that it could be said that I don't have a type - except for my archetype. And I have great sex with my other types, but it isn't like sex with someone of my archetype.
  7. And don't forget a trust. Modern estate planning almost always involves a trust and a pour over will. Settling an estate in which the assets are owned by a trust is much simpler and prevents the estate from going into probate. Additional essential docs are a health care proxy, a HIPAA authorization and a power of attorney. The power of attorney can be a durable power of attorney or it may be structured only to take effect in the event of incapacity.
  8. You can't take yes for answer, that's what I said.
  9. Is Wikipedia the best evidence you can find? Given your usual insistence on well-vetted information, you seem to be slumming. The Wikipedia chart did not include polymyalgia in its list of non-autoimmune diseases.
  10. That is incorrect. It is widely accepted that polymyalgia is an autoinflammatory disease. The inflammatory response is a function of the intrinsic immune system. And polymyalgia is commonly referred to, even in peer-reviewed literature, as an autoimmune disease. It is true that it does not appear to be a disease of the adaptive immune system. So, If you are going to be persnickety and insist on a narrow definition of autoimmune as being a disease of the adaptive immune system, it is not an autoimmune disease, but you seem to be out of step with the rest of the world
  11. Xanax makes me terribly absent-minded. I won't touch it. I sometimes take one half of .5mg tab of lorazepam and sleep like a baby. Wake up in the morning feeling like I have new lease on life.
  12. Staying healthy and fit isn't rocket science - common sense, implementation and consistency.
  13. Agree completely.
  14. Among all my other obsessions, I have a thing for Hawaiian daddies and I have an ongoing IG flirtation with a Guamian daddy. The manager of the branch where I do my banking was a good-looking Gaumian guy - probably in his late 30s. I used to swoon every time I went in there.
  15. Thank you - I knew there must be a name for it. It's another thing that I haven't done but would do. Since the pandemic, I don't get out much.
  16. Felching is a little more than eating ass. It means breeding somebody and sucking your load out of their ass. Sometimes after the top sucks his cum out of the bottom's ass they kiss and pass the cum back and forth between them. When I was young I thought it was the most disgusting thing I had ever heard of. Now I don't think so. I haven't done it, but I would do it.
  17. My mother lived in Memphis for several years. Lunch at the Peabody hotel was one of her favorite things.
  18. Back then, having a muscular build was even considered kind of warped.
  19. Members In some people, melatonin can have a paradoxic effect. One of the effects of melatonin is to reduce cortisol. In some people, it reduces cortisol too much. The adrenals compensate for the sudden reduction in cortisol by producing adrenaline, which, of course, leads to wakefulness. If I take a melatonin supplement before bed, say at 10 or 11, at about 1AM, I open my eyes and am instantly wide awake - because of that flood of adrenaline triggered by the melatonin. Unless I take another sleep aid, I will be awake for several hours.
  20. If you're talking about a resort or hotel or spa, the provider stays fully clothed and the client is well covered. The provider only exposes the part of the client's body that he/she is working on. Since I know that it's going to be that way, I'm fine with that. Providers in those settings are typically highly-skilled and you will get a great massage. When I go to an individual provider, I usually hire for therapeutic massage and they are partly -clothed - maybe workout shorts and no shirt. Typically, I am not covered. Sometimes they surprise me and are completely naked. I usually only hire for therapeutic massage. There aren't really any standards for therapeutic, sensual and erotic, so you don't know what you will get. I get pleasantly surprised enough with therapeutic massages that the others seem like a waste of money.
  21. My best experiences have been with guys who were real sexual athletes. They might have been a little weak at touchy-feely, but I left them thinking "What just happened?"
  22. Ahhh, I was beginning to feel uncomfortable. I'm so reassured that Unicorn is Unicorn, after all.
  23. That's a down payment on a house in many parts of the country - not life-changing?
  24. The wa The way it is supposed to work is that the ultrasound breaks up the plaque clogging the vessels in your dick that keep you from getting hard. Once the vessels are clear of plaque you can get boners again. There is at least one urology practice here in the Bay Area doing it - in Walnut Creek, I think.
  25. Isn't it an ultrasound device? There are ultrasound devices for treating musculoskeletal problems - tendonitis and stuff like that - I wonder if it is similar to those. The "lube" is electrolyte gel that creates a nice conductive interface between the device probe and the subject's skin.
