  1. I could imagine one thinking that they needed to earn the title of Gentleman. On the other hand, one is perfectly capable of assessing whether or not he is a gentleman in his dealings with people.
  2. It was me, not you. If its too subtle, a joke can whiz right by me.
  3. But now you have a remedy for apathy and you didn't even need to join.
  4. Maybe I'm not very discriminating or demanding and I'm therefore not "getting my money's worth." But I sure have had some very nice times in the process of not getting my money's worth. I just like good times with enchanting men.
  5. It's true. I usually leave an appointment with an escort glowing, I feel so good - all without getting off.
  6. I've only had one time when an escort couldn't get it up. I enjoyed it anyway so it was not a problem. I don't care if a guy comes or not. I'm there to be naked in bed with an amazing guy and to play around for 2 or 3 hours. Cumming is optional with me.

    A4A usage

I like A4A. I've met up with pros and non-pros. I have also met up with masseurs. The rates for pros tend be a little lower than RM.
  8. I don't keep the covers tucked in, so all I do is smooth them and straighten the pillows.
  9. In 12-step programs, they use gratitude lists as remedies for apathy.
  10. The objective is to keep A1C to less than 5 by limiting total carbs to less than 30g/day. In order to do this you have to eliminate starches and most sugars. The only sugars you can have are the occasional small serving of low-sugar fruit like berries.
  11. Are you on the Bernstein plan?
  12. We use butter for baking and cooking. We get Smart Balance for table use-no hydrogenated vegetable fat. I have a trainer who eats ultra-clean and it makes him cringe when he sees Smart Balance in my food diary.
  13. I conflated two separate thoughts. I will edit.
  14. The breakfast was for guests and included. They were open to the general public for dinner. I don't remember specifics, but remember always enjoying dinner. We've been to Hawaii several times, and my feeling about Hawaii, generally, is that you don't go for the food. I do remember one standout dinner at Roy's at Poipu. I wasnt eating any dairy at the time and asked them what they could do for me. The chef actually came from the kitchen and suggested a few options.Together, we designed a fabulous dinner from starter to dessert.
  15. I haven't slept around in Europe in many years but Americans used to be sought after just about everywhere. I correspond regularly with a Frenchman on Recon, and he says that Frenchmen and Americans are the world's best lovers.
  16. Yes, I'm a gentleman. It's really a pleasure to treat others with courtesy and see that it makes a difference in their day. The other day, I was standing at an intersection and sneezed hard a couple times as I stood there. I heard a guy driving through the intersection say "Bless you" as he drove past. That's really going above and beyond.
  17. I have a big ficus tree in the kitchen and I've been concerned about it- it didn't seem to be thriving in that location. I had a dream that I was examining the leaves on the tree and noticed a lot of new growth. When I remembered the dream, I checked the ficus, and, sure enough, it has new shoots all over.
  18. I have a low-rent budget, but Priceline spoiled me and helped me develop a taste for nice hotels. But, alas, the days of 4-star rooms at 75.00/night seem to be pretty much gone.
  19. Something like that, yes.
  20. You have to choose your battles. A deli line in a grocery store when you're in a hurry entails a high risk of losing the battle. There always seem to be those people in front of you who are ordering sandwiches for half the city, compounded by brand-new just-trained employees.
  21. Another great place is the Kilauea Lodge in the town of Volcano on the big island of Hawaii. Formerly a boy scout camp that was purchased by a Swiss Hotelier and converted into a plush little resort. Outstanding restaurant.
  22. I forgot about the Enchantment Resort in Sedona. Spectacular setting in a box canyon. You can hear the coyotes howling at night. They have little individual houses - casitas. The interiors look like hotel rooms that you would see on the cover of Holiday or Travel & Leisure. A couple of pools and several spas on the property. Very isolated. The first time we stayed there was one year after 9/11. Because people were still afraid to travel, we stayed there for an absurdly low rate. We've been back a few times since. It never disappoints.
  23. Another favorite is the Renaissance Lodge in Sonoma. My partner and I have been going there for several days at Christmas every year for close to twenty years. Spacious comfortable rooms. They used to provide all kinds of ammenities, but not so much anymore. The food in the restaurant is outstanding. Friendly well-trained staff. Nice grounds, Spa.
