I think a lot of these issues come down to who you are hiring. A number of years ago I had a bucket list of two very hot gentleman, I mentioned it on this site, and one of the very hot gentleman messaged me and said you need to book me. we chatted for a while, he will living in Bali - and I was travelling to Bali so I suggested a date, he said yes that works but lets have a chat on messenger. We organised that , talked for over 1 hour I had initially mentioned that I was interested in either a 3 hour or 5 hour time frame. He successfully upsold me to an overnight, and while I was happy to host at my resort condo, he was 1 hour away, and mentioned that I would need to pay for his travelling time, and it might be better if I got a room near to him. I agreed, and found a great 1 bedroom villa with a pool, overlooking a river and canyon for about $120 for the night. So I travelled up , had a swim, relax, late lunch, and got ready for our evening. He turned up - was hotter in person that his pics, we had some hot fun, got some dinner delivered, drank single malt - which he had mentioned in his bio as his fav drink, and one I also like, smoked some cigars - again in his bio and I do love a good cigar. As the villa terrace was private, we spent time making out in the big bed, and on the terrace, day bed in the moonlight, slept for a few hours, had great morning fun and he left, having one the 12 hours promised. I had a swim lay in the sun, with a big smile on my face, checked out and returned to my resort. One of my best hiring experiences. He was very well reviewed both on Daddy's when there were reviews and on Rentmen, I call it due diligence, don't go into complicated arrangements with the hottest new face or body on a site, go with those that are reviewed well, and trust your gut on your communication.

how to find clients on companyofmen?

I have found gentlemen to hire on this site. When you read reviews and comments about someone else's good experience, it leads you. I had a fabulous overnight with a gentleman I found through this site, and there certainly have been a few missed opportunities as well. I follow a poster on here on JFF as his content resonates with me. Marketing can take place in many forms, and like financial investments its best to diversifiy . Good luck with your business -

Whatever decisions you make, the key is to do your due diligence. Maybe rent a house or a villa or a room where you think you want to settle for a few months in the off season to see what life is like away from the summer sun and tourists. We were based in Sydney Australia - and gave our retirement considerable thought. We had holidayed in Bali for 25 years, and had considered living there. Because we had gone to the same resort for those 25 years, we knew the staff, the local shop keepers, the local restaurants etc. We spoke some of the language and if we lived there we would learn much more. When we started talking to people who were living there full time the real story came out - the newly built flash looking medical centres and hospitals for the tourists - were next to useless - you had to go to Singapore 3 hrs flight or back to Australia 4 hrs to Perth 6 hours to Sydney or Melbourne for decent surgical care, the rental situation required a rent payment in advance of anything between 1 year to 10 years. Non refundable if you did not last the distance. While our money would go a long way, it started to get too hard. After much research and a must have list we did what we call in Australia a sea change. We moved to the coast. We decided on a location, and then looked at real estate. We discovered an over 50's resort which met all of our needs. At the time we made serious enquiries, they were planning on building more houses, the resort going from 390 houses to 520, and currently the are building another 120, and that is it - no more land. So we chose a house design and a block of land and bought off the plan. We paid a $1000 deposit that was refundable, but locked in our land house design and price. 18 months later our dream house was ready. In those 18 months we had renovated our Sydney home (during covid) and sold it at the top of the market before a slight decline. We got about $1Million AUD for it, and our purchase price was $525 000AUD. So we made some major money on the transfer. We then used that money to buy a luxury car, do some extensive international travel, including a world cruise of 121 nights, and decorate our home with all new items. It is interesting to note here that timing is everything. In the 18 months it took to build the property values increased by $200 000, and today we would sell for about $1 million - but we are leaving here in wooden boxes. What did we get for our money, a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home, with a large study area, a large open plan kitchen, butlers pantry, dinner and living area, and a big outside entertainment area, a small garden and a double garage. we live in a street with great neighbours, the LGBTIQ ratio is about 1 % there is currently no other male couples, but 1 female couple. Like any village with 850 people in it, not everyone likes us, and we certainly do not like everyone. But living in the suburbs is not different. We have found a group of people who we socialise with, an inner circle who we call family, and an outer circle of people we see on a regular basis. We do pay just over $1000 AUD a month in fees, for the maintenance of the resort, and all the facilities, 4 pools, 1 indoor heated the hot tubs and sauna, gym, cinema, lawn bowls, ten pin bowling alley, craft rooms, woodwork shop , golf simulator 3 club houses and activities that range from yoga, pilates, exercise classes, art groups, knitting groups etc. we are very happy, we can walk at night as its gated, we feel safe here, we can walk to the beach (and do) and its a great area to live in. the town we live in is about 10 000 people, great beaches, and we have a town of 100 000 people about 15 km away, and have access to all the medical care we need, specialists, hospitals, etc. There is some live theatre, art galleries and concerts etc to go to. The only downfall is the 4 hour drive south to Brisbane, expensive regional air fares and a lack of variety in restaurants, lots of places to eat, good food but not a lot of variety. we knew that when we moved - but the key is your due diligence. We had a great bunch of friends in Sydney, but many had either fallen by the wayside over the years, as friends can do, or moved away for their retirement dream. when we finished work we knew we would need to start our social life from the start again, by getting involved in the community. Today after almost 4 years here, husband is 71 and still doing some part time work, not for the $$ but because he loves what he does, I 65 and fully retired, and we both do things outside the resort. I play bridge a couple of times a week, and have joined the local orchid society who meet a couple of times a month, Husband is playing lawn bowls In a club in town, so we are both meeting different people and having interests outside the home. We have met people who we now see socially and share in harvest dinners and special interest dinners at local foodie places, along with drives in the country to country pubs for lunch etc. Life is what you make of it, but you have to find strong foundations first. It is all about community. you can find that in the cities and you can find it in the smaller towns and countryside. -

As Australians who holidayed in Bali a lot, we often thought that we would like to retire there. Medically the hospitals seemed great, but when you investigated - you would not want to be sick and in any Bali hospital - (even the international medical centres developed for the tourist trade). While an expat visa looked good, you had to prove income, AND hire one local on a full time wage. ($300 per month) they would drive for you, cook, clean and garden. Plus they would shop in the local market for you at local price not expat price. Then you looked at rental properties, most were on a 10 year lease, and it was expected that you paid the 10 year lease up front ( no refund if you did not stay the 10 years) . Bearing in mind that your expat visa lasts for 5 years and you can only hope it will be renewed so you can live out your lease .... Banjar fees. (local council). the local Banjar required taxes or fees to be paid monthly - this was to ensure that you got decent treatment and were not black listed, for services . Medical insurance, plus the need to fly to Singapore or Australia for any decent medical treatment. When you add all of this up- it was easier to stay in Australia and take long holidays ....

It is policies like this that have taken the USA off our destination lists. We did a world cruise in 2025, with calls at New York, Miami and then San Francisco. My husband worked in the USA for 13 years, held a green card during that time. He returned to his native Australia in 1988. Green cards expire 12 months after your last departure from the USA. As Australian passport holders we applied for an ETSA and got approved. On arrival in New York he was sent to secondary Immigration. Apparently the front screen shows a valid green card and a valid ETSA which causes a problem for the border agents. They do not have the authority to drill down in the system so its off to secondary. 15 mins later he was out - after a more senior agent was able to discover the green card history. Same Happened in San Francisco, the original agent in NYC had left notes but it still took a while. There is always the concern that something will go wrong. So we have decided to no longer visit the USA while this policy is current. it seems that many other travellers and tourists have made similar decision. Las Vegas is a Ghost town, arriving passenger numbers are down, flights are not full and some flights are cancelled. Ultimate outcome is less income, less people being employed, less money being spent, in all the associated industry. I totally get protecting your nation from hostile visitors xxxxx Edit: No politics

For some of us hiring is a special occasion - and sometimes to fit it into our life with our husbands / partners the timing has to be critical. So delays are annoying. My most recent hiring experience, he said up front that he was not going to be able to make the time, as I was on my own in a city hotel that was good. We settled on a time, he was operating out of a serviced apartment in a big block, I go there, messaged him and he said he was not quite ready but would message me when he was, there were places to sit where it was not obvious so that was fine. When he did message me to say he was ready, the session was amazing. He was not a clock watcher and we spent a long time snuggling on the bed as our cum dried, talking. This will be a repeat. As in everything in this hobby/ business it comes down to good communication

*Is 400 the new going nyc rate?
Bargara Leatherboy replied to pjaynyc's topic in Questions About Hiring
I have never haggled in price, I pay what is advertised or requested during our set up communications. Result is - I get what I ask for, the appointment is never rushed, quite often they go way overtime, and that time may be just be lying in bed cuddling and talking, after the action. If you show respect to a provider he will show respect back to you. Most of my hires are repeats, and I always say this is the reason why they are repeats and the enjoyment and comfort level just increases. I have had exceptionally good providers, haggle with me, I had one who turned a 3 hour session into an overnight, and his rational made total sense. Even after I paid a substantial amount for overnight, and rented a pool vila in Bali for the night, the night remains as one of my best hiring memories, standing naked on the terrace watching a full moon, smoking cigars and drinking single malt, under that full moon , and some amazing sex - at the end of the day, and this would be 10 years ago. I do not remember the $200 for the villa, the cigars and single malt, nor the $1400 for the night, but I remember his body, how it felt, what he made my body feel like, and the bf experience before during and after the fun, the few hours we slept and the fun in the morning. If you can find the $$ for a exceptional experience - do it - you are a long time too old or too poor to indulge or even after you stop breathing -
Recommendations for Thailand, Shanghai, and Vietnam

Very different vibes in each place. What I would consider is Cambodia. Both Phenom Penh and Siem Reap have great gay scenes, lots of bars, clubs and massage places with very nice men. -
I was on Ozempic for a couple of year for my diabetes, and while I lost some, it stopped working. A couple of years later my diabetes results went up a lot so new endocrinologist (after a sea change from Sydney) suggested Wegovy. Just done 3 months worth and gone from 124 kg to 109 kg, going up a level next week, so far I am happy about how it works. My only issue is now I have lose skin around my throat - so I guess I will start to look older as I thin down ......

I've Had (I'm Assuming) More Sex Partners Than My Brother
Bargara Leatherboy replied to + Gar1eth's topic in The Lounge
Slightly off topic - but my husband and I were adopted by a 10 year old. who was living with his lesbian mother and her partner of the time. That was at least 30 years ago. the said 10 year old got his girlfriend pregnant at the end of high school, they married and had 2 more children, and have just become grandparents. His mother has had a few more relationships and maybe a few more casual encounters . When we are talking about his mother - the common comment is Mum has slept with more woman that I have Its always hilarious -
I have seen these advertised on MrBnb, and think they are a great addition to the options for when we have a vacation or a staycation.

I think the most important take away is to be open in communication with your selected provider. My preferred method of contact is written , so I send a text message, email or RM message to the provider , state this is who I am, so there are no surprises , being 65 year old bear, and describe the sort of session I am interested in, give my limits, time frame and suggested date. I find this works really well as it gives the providers an opportunity to decline the booking if it is not going to work for them, and when it all comes together it results in a much more satisfying session with providers who earn their $$ and creates a win win situation

I find it greatly interesting why we are attracted to certain things particularly in the kink realm. I can remember reading a book as a young child that home some guys who rode motorbikes and wore leather jackets and being very aroused by the concept. My kinks are spanking, bondage, leather, underwear / speedos etc - I can understand the underwear and speedos but the other aspect are intriguing. I had this conversation with a hot master who I rented. He was a psychology lecturer at a leading university and he was unable to offer any answers . My take away is that we should just enjoy our kinks - play safe and have lots of memorable pleasurable moments
