I think the second headline is misleading. The violence in Panama had nothing to do with the Squid Game and more to do with long standing violence between rival gangs. I'd never heard of the Squid Game until a couple of days ago. Sounds like the series took the name of a popular South Korean children's game and turned it into a sick TV drama that glorifies violence. Not something I'd want to watch, but I guess crap like this has an audience as it's supposedly Netflix's highest rated series to date.

I think I've given up on Mercurio after staying there many times. I understand them wanting to do things to increase revenue, but when those things result in the pool area being overrun by people not staying at the hotel it makes my stay less enjoyable. Maybe it's because of my age, but I liked the vibe of 10 years ago or so more when it was more quiet and less crowded. It was still fun but wasn't party central, which seems to be what they are trying to make Mercurio now.

It's pretty clear that no service provider would demand money up front for a small job scheduled for same day or very soon in the future. Most service providers expect to be paid after they complete their work. For a larger job -- say a home remodel -- of course a contractor is going to expect to be paid a deposit up front, but we are talking about a job that's going to take many hours/days or perhaps even months. I don't think any client here would expect an escort to travel on their own somewhere for a week long booking with an unknown client and just assume that the client will be there and pay them at the end of the week. A deposit in that circumstance makes sense, and what form of deposit that is will be negotiated between the client and escort. Maybe the deposit will simply be the escort's transportation being arranged for him, but if I were a provider I would want more than that and think it's perfectly reasonable to expect some cash payment in advance. Otherwise, we are mostly talking about clients booking providers for an hour or two. It's absolutely reasonable for clients to balk at the notion that they need to pay in advance for appointments like this. However, I haven't seen anyone here saying that an escort isn't within his rights to ask for payment in advance but rather people are just pointing out that an escort with a policy like that will likely lose out on some business. If the escort is making an amount of income he's comfortable with while having such a policy, then he's obviously figured out that it doesn't matter what the majority of clients here believe. Good for him. I think there are just too many stories of clients being ripped off by paying in advance -- yes, mostly with guys without a history of good reviews but every once in a while an established provider who ended up going off the rails for some reason (typically drugs) -- to have most of us embrace the idea that an escort is entitled to payment prior to meeting. As to the sensitive nature of this business, that's true in both directions. It doesn't argue that one side should be given preferential treatment because of the nature of the service being contracted.

I think this article is helpful if someone is generally having problems playing videos. In this case, however, with only one website being problematic it seems like the issue is with that website. The remedy is not to let your little head take over. This should be illegal everywhere. Barebacking someone without their knowledge/consent is reprehensible. If both parties agree during the heat of passion to remove the condom, that's entirely different. But a top deciding he wants to remove the condom and doing so without the knowledge of his partner is just wrong on so many levels.

And now the heyhellohi ad is gone, probably because its usefulness for him has played out after having scammed some men who in turn exposed his fraud online. Part of the problem is that it isn't easy to link a new new to an old ad, particularly if the scammer changes his phone number.

I agree that the photos are yummy, but for some reason I find myself doubting the legitimacy of the ad. Hopefully someone will contact him and report back whether the person running the ad is actually the person shown in the photos.

Now it would be interesting to find out if the owner of the property knew that porn was being shot there. Wasn't there a famous case involving Lucas Entertainment where they rented a house through AirBnB or some other website and then trashed the place while filming porn there? If the homeowner is gay and the property isn't damaged in any way, maybe he would get a kick out of knowing that these hot, young men were having sex where he lives. If not, I can imagine a homeowner not being thrilled to learn that their home was used for business purposes rather than as a vacation rental.

Rentmasseur is working for me today, but a few weeks ago I got automatically logged out and could not log back in using Firefox. I know I was typing the correct credentials and the CAPTCHA but it wouldn't work. Even while not logged in, if I clicked who was supposedly available now for my area the list was incomplete. I know this because at the same time I tested the site in Chrome and it not only let me log in but it also showed more providers as available now. I emailed their support. They replied that they were working on the issue. My problem was resolved the next day.

Part of me wants to applaud this. Another part of me just sees this as a calculated business move by someone wealthy to try to extract money from people for "designer" underwear when those same people already have access to clothing that will fit them that costs a lot less.

That being said, if you are talking about reviews I think it's perfectly legitimate that someone posts his thoughts/feelings about someone he hired who underperformed as long as he's being honest. Giving a negative review to an escort is just as legitimate as writing a negative review of a restaurant because the food wasn't good or the service was bad.

I'm sure it can be frustrating that people expect you to be available immediately when there is no indication that you work that way. However, there is an "available now" status on both Rentmen and Rentmasseur. I don't know what percentage of advertisers are actually available now ("now" meaning within perhaps the next half hour or hour by my standards) when they choose that status, but I know some guys are, indeed, available at short notice and others have never even responded to my inquiry. I guess I look at it like this: I used to work temporary office jobs in the late 1980s. Part of the gig was that I got ready for work and then called a few different agencies to see if they had any work for me that day. Sometimes the answer was no but frequently the answer was yes, and I'd get the job information from them and head out immediately. In other words, I was "available now" to go to work. As a client, I frequently am "available now" to head to someone's place when I contact him but I typically expect that guys aren't really available immediately. It's certainly reasonable to me that someone who says he's available now to actually need an hour or two to get ready. Or maybe even longer if he's already received other bookings for that day and just hasn't updated his ad status. From what I've read here, though, lots of providers do not have a steady stream of clients all day every day so I assume that at least some guys are at home online, already showered and basically ready to work relatively soon because they are in business and want to make money.
