I would agree.  There's a lot of sex still happening, but it's in more controlled environments.
Airbnb/hotel sex parties with tight guest lists are a thing.  If you don't look the part, you don't get in.
Baths in the US are slowly dying and that's a bummer:  One of the last egalitarian(ish) spaces for guys to all show up, get naked and see what happens.  While I was never a fan of the really sketchier baths, the decent ones left are still pretty fun. with a good selection of guys.
There's also still a strong sauna scene outside of the States (thankfully).

Exactly! If I can text you requesting an appointment for Sat afternoon, and really the only details we need to iron out are the specific time, I consider:
1) you a quality provider that remembers me and my needs; and
2) myself a "regular" who has seen you enough, that you remember me.

A regular is someone who knows me personally, who I know personally, knows exactly what I'm into, and someone with whom I have mutual respect.
It's someone that I can text, ask if they're available at x o'clock, and schedule with no fuss.
I'd say I hire a regular at least 4 times a year, while others I hire 10+ times a year. When you have several regulars, you can't see them every month, especially when they travel.

But that wasn't the intent of the original question.
He was clearly asking how he'd be able to get a service for free when he knows he's supposed to be paying for it.
And I quote:  'Not watch the clock' and 'stay past (agreed) time without charging.' 
Pretty straightforward to me.
