Also strooooongly considering the fantasy of coming out there more often. This was just too much fun to make it an annual occurrence.
Yay, please do!!

Eddie Redmayne. He was great in "The Theory of Everything", for which he won an Oscar, and also in "The Danish Girl", for which he was nominated.

As usual, a joy to spend much of my PS time with Danny. I just wish I was there for a longer time.
Well, move here and you will be! 😁

Got to spend considerable time with him this weekend and would like to echo everyone else comments. Vin is perfection personified both in body and in mind. Drop dead gorgeous and one of the most sincere, humble, sweetest gentleman you will ever have the pleasure of meeting.
Agree 1000%! Vin is a beautiful man inside and out, and it's always a pleasure getting together with him.

Wayne and I had a blast, as always. It's been 10 years (!!) since we first attended this event, and we haven't missed one since. Thanks to everyone involved for making this event one that we look forward to every year!

I'm stunned, and so incredibly sad. I haven't been coming to the forum very often lately, and when I did just now, I saw this devastating news. Wayne and I were looking forward to seeing @Epigonos here in Palm Springs next month. It grieves me to no end that we won't be seeing him again. But I'm honored that we got to know him for as long as we did. He was one of a kind, and will definitely be missed.

If I have to choose between name tags and deviled eggs, I know how I'm voting! Just sayin'... 😜

Sorry to be a wet blanket but I taught in a public high school for over thirty five years. During every faculty only event we were forced to wear name tags - I absolutely HATED them. Thus the year we start wearing name tags at the Palm Springs Weekend is the year I WILL NOT be there.
I totally read that in your voice. 🤣

We had a blast, as always. I can't believe it's already been ten years (!!) since Wayne and I happened to be staying at Helios at the right time, and fell into this amazing group. It's always a pleasure seeing so many friends we don't get to see nearly often enough, and making some new friends as well. I'm sorry we couldn't make it to breakfast this morning, but we're already looking forward to next year. Safe travels, we love you! 😘

As for the bars here in PS, we've gone to Hunters many times since they reopened. They've recently resumed karaoke and Fur Fridays too.

Very much so. We've both been working from home for the past eight months, in the same room. We're practically together 24/7.
I guess after 22 years together, it would take more than a pandemic to come between us!

I disrobed @Robster to insist he was first naked and in the pool. Can confirm it’s not his ?
Always a pleasure to attend. I was fortunate to make a surprise visit for the day. Thank you all. It was truly amazing seeing you beautiful people one last time.
One last time?? ?

Hopefully heading back to Palm Springs next year. Are of any of the gyms a good place to head to if looking for some light fun? Have previously been to world gym but there wasn’t much going on!
I was going to suggest WorkOUT Gym on Palm Canyon, but apparently it's permanently closed. I had some light fun there a few years ago.

I am not sure that this group should have a private room. Who knows what kind of activities might start to take place in there.
Probably the same kind that took place in the back parking lot a few years back. Good times.

Wait a minute. The one thing Epigonos does NOT now have and NEVER will have is a spouse.
I mentioned last weekend that when I read your posts, I can hear your voice in my head. Well, that goes double for this one! ?

Nope, it's not mine. I've never worn a navy blue speedo, and I always try to wear something different at each year's pool party. Briefly. ?

I'm going to make an uneducated prediction here. If Oliver decides to host the Palm Springs Weekend again next year I would guess that it would be the weekend of April 9th and 10th. The Weekend would never be planned to coincide with Easter Sunday which in 2022 is April 17h thus that weekend is out. Oliver always departs Palm Springs for the drive home to the Midwest on May 1st and needs time to pack and prepare so it would NOT be held after Easter. Weather also plays a factor so I wouldn't expect to have it held in either February or March -- those months have frequent spells of cool weather not particularly conducive to pool events.
Please keep in mind that I'm guessing here and NOT speaking for Oliver.
That sounds like a very educated prediction to me! What you said makes perfect sense, and I'll bet you're right. But I'm not speaking for Oliver either!

Wayne and I had a great time, as always. It was awesome getting to meet so many new people this year!!
We're now living in Palm Springs, so it was nice not having to make the two-hour drive home this morning, but it's still so hard to go back to reality!
Thank you all for another wonderful weekend!!

sorry to say I now won't make it this year....I'm fully vaccinated and all that, but a couple things came up here at home this weekend and I need to be here.......if anybody goes hiking, say hey to the shirtless county fireman we saw a couple years ago!........
thanks to Oliver and Epigonos for all their work.....
I'm bummed we won't get to see you. We'll miss you, hope to see you next year!

I see him at Steel Gym (formerly World Gym) here in Palm Springs occasionally. He still looks amazing. I'll have to see about hiring him next time he's here. I've gotten off to his videos so many times over the years; it would be a huge thrill to actually get together with him in person.
