  1. This thread may serve as a public service announcement for at least 2 of us then.
  2. Party and Play is listed as a “preference” by some providers (less than a third in my area). This came up in another thread and I began to realize that I hadn’t given it enough thought and maybe it deserves its own thread. Does it mean that the provider is tolerant of recreational drug use by his clients or actively encourages and participates? What drugs does it usually entail besides poppers, marijuana, methamphetamine, GBH and cocaine? If PNP is included as a preference in an ad, is it an automatic deal killer for you or do you rely on reviews to make that call? I haven’t yet encountered an obviously impaired provider but I may not have been paying enough attention. I recognize that not many PNP seekers are likely to chime in here but would appreciate reading the perspectives of those that know more than I do. I’m assuming that we’re all familiar with the associated risks of PNP; I’m interested in how you approach the issue.
  3. Some do, many do not, in my experience.
  4. That’s not correct
  5. I think that the reverse may be true in the US. Having 400+ HP under the hood and a car with lines suggesting bulging muscles makes our manhood swell when our glutes hit the leather.
  6. I’ve given up on most American television programming. I’m a Britbox fan and I read a lot.
  7. In my previous life, I would have agreed with you but I now realize that PT Barnum was right, “there's no such thing as bad publicity”.
  8. I see birds on a nearby lake that look like ducks and they quack like ducks but they’re not ducks. They’re geese. Just sayin.
  9. Welcome to the forum. I wouldn’t attach too much credibility to a one sentence comment from an infrequent correspondent. Many view “power bottom“ as a desirable talent and seek them. PNP covers a lot of ground. It usually doesn’t include meth but it is a major turn-off to many of us with an aversion. The best remedy to a single negative comment is to rack up some good reviews here and elsewhere. I think starting this thread is a step in the right direction but I wouldn’t waste too much energy trying to have the one comment retracted.
  10. Poppers seem to be preferred by those who plan to bottom and cialis or viagra by some who plan to top. Although versatility is great, these two classes of drugs don’t mix well, especially for the faint of heart. I know this is a little off topic but it did come up here.
  11. Agree that it’s subject to wide interpretation. Conventionally, I think it means a full menu with lots of physical interaction (kissing, caressing, cuddling etc.). For me, it comes down to how I feel after the encounter - was there good chemistry, mutual excitement, good convo, mutual interests and most importantly, do I really want to see him again? But I have a high bar. 🙂‍↕️
  12. Some of us of a certain age here do notice changes in our recall but it’s usually just part of normal ageing. Alzheimer’s and other dementias differ in that they’re typically associated with more profound memory lapses, especially short-term memory. Also, disorientation, e,g. getting lost in a previously familiar neighborhoods, losing things in strange places (car keys left in the refrigerator), volatile mood swings (anger and depression) and instances of bad judgment. Most of us who actually worry about this are not at high risk but it is quite prevalent.
  13. I’m looking forward to seeing the study correlating genital size with GAC vehicle ownership but I’m afraid that it may suffer from some ascertainment bias among other problems. Still, it may be a worthy project for some hapless, unemployed graduate student.
  14. Just as “clothes makes the man”, cars are accouterments that reflect the character of the owner. Whether mundane, inexpensive, practical, utilitarian, trendy, fashionable, environmentally sensitive, luxurious, sporty, sexy, bold or powerful they project an image as potent as dressing. How people respond to those images (including here) is as interesting to me as why people choose their vehicles - reactions are sometimes not what the owner would like to project. In the interest of full disclosure, I’m a complete car nut.
  15. New meaning (to me) of “side job” and “asside “!
  16. I think you made the right call. I often recall the advice, “never get in a fight with a man that has less to lose than you do”. He’s picked a risky business model. If he continues, sooner or later, someone is likely to beat the shit out of him I am curious, though, how old did you think he was?
  17. Agree but in reality many don’t. What happens in cyberspace stays in cyberspace. Forever.
  18. Maybe it’s because it was too hard to get the dead ones to sign…..
  19. All that is true but each phase has its own challenges and benefits. I have a few decades (mid 70s) on you and what I value the most now is being unburdened by most of the things that concerned me when I was younger - jobs, appearance, family etc. Ageing offers a perspective that I didn’t imagine when I was younger. Enough people still find me reasonably attractive enough. I enjoy good health with necessary equipment still in working order, so I’m still in the game. I don’t envy the lifestyle of most 20 - 35 year olds and don’t regret that I can’t do some of the things that I did when I was their age. Life for me is very good right now but I know that the quality of life that I’m enjoying is probably only good for a few more years. I’ll deal with that when I get there.
  20. I’m Gianicumlately (my new screen name ?) so I have limited perspective here, having been on the other side of the fence for most of my life. What does strike me after viewing the video and reflecting, is the respect and deference accorded to many CoM members here who are in there late 70’s and older. I’m sure that there’s some legitimacy to the speaker’s complaint but it’s clearly not universal.
  21. He left a $4 billion estate and was a noted philanthropist focusing on medical research, open-source technology, and humanitarian causes. He donated to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, includinga $23 million cancer research grant program, funded Ukrainian relief, and promoted open-source technology through his LR Foundation I didn’t find anything that I found too objectionable.
