  1. I'm guessing it is a bit of both safety and long-term profits. The reputational risk of a COVID-19 outbreak caused by a non-registered guest could be huge, and the expenses of appropriately screening customers for a day pass are probably a break-even prospect at best.
  2. I've only had one escort ask for a photo. When setting up the appointment, I told him we previously met when he was with another Forum member in a group setting. I assumed that he had asked to make sure he was correctly connecting the right face with my name. While I rarely am asked my stats, I don't hesitate providing them. I decided long ago that as long as he's not asking for my debit card PIN, the more an escort knows about me the better experience I may have.
  3. The grocery I worked at from 1980 - 86 envisioned itself as a classy shopping experience. (The aisles were carpeted.) As such, the PDQ stocking option was not possible. The one thing you did not want to see when you checked your stocking assignment for your shift was the baby food aisle. Getting all of those small jars to stock neatly was a royal pain. A close second was the cat food in the days of the tin cans before the pull top aluminum cans current used were available.
  4. I had an emergency today when I decided it was too warm for coffee in the morning and decided to have a diet Coke. The when I had my lunchtime diet Coke, the refrigerator was bare. As soon as I finished my last conference call I dashed to the grocery. While I was there, I noticed all of the employees were wearing masks; however, I was the only one of ten customers I saw that was wearing one. I didn't expect that everyone would be masked, but I was surprised that I was the only customer.

  6. It is for these guys that all of my purchases have those silly warnings: Do not place children in the dryer, plastic bags should not be placed over your head, and remove from wrapper before eating. I'm guessing that within five years, these two guys will be nominated for Darwin Awards.
  7. I'm in the same boat. Although they opened three weeks ago, my barbershop is by appointment only and the first time I could get with my guy is this coming Friday. Haircut only - beard will not be touched.
  8. Other than using hand sanitizer before the massage, none during the massage. And I showered before leaving.
  9. I got a message there last week. It was a great relaxing massage and I'm sure I will be back within a month.
  10. After two months of working from home and not having good seating for 8 hours in front of the computer, my lower back finally told me I needed to roll the dice and get a massage. It felt so good to get those knots worked on. I'm now 10 days after the message and not detecting any COVID-19 symptoms.
  11. Last night I got a little sweet tooth, so I did my grocery shopping in the evening rather than waiting for this morning. I chose to go to Giant Eagle and I have to admit, it felt 'empty.' While there were other customers in the store, no one was really talking. At 5:00 p.m., the produce department was lightly stocked; I got the last head of lettuce. The prepared meat section had sufficient ground meat choices - - lamb, pork, turkey, chicken, beef, bison - - but few of the finer cuts other than family sized packaging such as 8 pork chops. The store was quiet with no one talking. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
  12. The only time I've received a HE at a spa was when I was clearly hard when I rolled over.
  13. Is this the guy? https://www.adam4adam.com/profile/view/BiggGunnss
  14. When I went to Meijer today, I felt that fewer customers were wearing masks today. I also noticed that the X's on the floor were replaced with lines to show were to separate at the cashier's lines, along with more signage about keeping distance. Another change, although the deli has been open the whole time to slice meat and cheese, the side dishes like potato salad and cole slaw had been pre-packaged the last two months. It was not today and the deli was fully service. The butcher counter is still closed with more packaged meats in the coolers. Perhaps a sign of things beginning the slow return to normalcy.
  15. I've done some in calls and never had a problem. With local guys, it seems to be a roll of the dice how comfortable I will be in their residences. When I'm hosting, I do take extra care to make sure things are clean and tidy. (Maybe scheduling something soon will help motive me to do the spring cleaning.)
  16. What makes you think I'm settling for room for two?
  17. I'm thinking of removing the jetted tub in my master and expanding my shower. If I do so, the shower would include a bench.
  18. When I was decorating my condo, the decorator hired the handyman to install the window treatments and lights. I did not complain when he asked me to spot him while he was installing the light fixture in the living room. As he reached overhead, his waistline dipped enough to confirm he was commando - - and I did nothing.
  19. With the inability to guarantee continuing operations, the businesses would not qualify for the debt forgiveness provisions under PPP. The attestation that the business owners must execute has many small businesses choosing not to take the PPP as they realize that they must return to previous employment levels to receive full debt forgiveness, and with the uncertainty of returning business, owners are not confident they can maintain pre-Covid employment levels.
  20. Today I had my quarterly checkup to continue my Truvada prescription. As part of the check up I was asked about my sexual activity since my last check up. Since I've been under stay at home orders for over two months, it was a short conversation. After finishing my background, my physician pointed out that by the end of this week, I will have passed 90 days since my last sexual partner and asked if I had considered donating blood as I would be eligible. I hadn't given it any thoughts. For years, before I was enjoying same sex encounters, I was a regular donor. Haven't decided what I will do yet, but just might make an appointment to donate next week. Has anyone else taken the opportunity to donate due to extended abstinence?
  21. My cleaning service was providing someone every other week. With the work from home orders, and the confidential nature of some of my business phone calls, I haven't felt it appropriate to have someone in to potentially overhear the calls. Since I canceled with only 24 hours notice the first week, I made arrangements to pay the cleaner scheduled for my place then. But I have not been paying since then.
  22. One of the side effects of my new 'work from home' mandate is now I am eating every meal from home. I usually eat lunch from the cafeteria, eat dinner out a couple of times during the week, and again once during the weekend. As such, I'm not doing a great job of once a week grocery shopping and have probably been 'overbuying.' This morning, I did an inventory of the refrigerator before heading out. I discovered a bag of baby spinach that I had forgotten about buying and I hadn't eaten all of the blueberries I bought last week because they were BOGO. And I didn't use all of the red, yellow, and green peppers. I decided today to try more frozen dinners, so hopefully I will have less waste.
  23. I will plan to be there.
  24. At the store there was a Big X by the register for me to stand on... I've seen to many Road Runner cartoons to fall for that one.
