  1. I am curious about this couple that has recently begun advertising in Columbus, OH. (Ad created 4/15/2025) Although I have never met either individual, the taller of the two looks familiar to me as if he used to advertise in town a few years ago. My searches on this site were unsuccessful. If anyone could help jog my memory, that would be great! Or share any experience with these guys individually or together. MicahelAndOwen - Male Escort, Gay massage - Columbus | Rent.Men Thank you
  2. @RadioRob Since the letter is not addressed to you or to Company of Men, even if it had been written by an attorney it would not have been a valid cease and desist order. I would have returned it to the post office marked "Addressee Unknown."
  3. Finally got around to watching this yesterday. Residing in Columbus, much of the allegations where not surprising to me; however, seeing it all together in one story rather than 2-minute stories on the local news is quite impactful. The individuals that shared their personal stories shared more detail in the documentary than in anything I recall from local coverage. And yes, Jim Jordan does not come out well in this documentary. It will be interesting to see if an opponent pulls this out on the campaign trail next year.
  4. I have never been disappointed when staying at the Cabanas. Clean rooms, relaxed time, and friendly guests. Spa services have been top notch. The only downside to the place is the walk across the hot pavement of the parking lot (especially in August) to reach the primary pool. Even my flip flops felt were not enough to block the heat.
  5. I was there a few years ago during Pride. I wasn't focused on the timing of the weekend when I scheduled it, it was simply a weekend that worked best for the friends that wanted to gather in NYC during June, so had no Pride expectations for the weekend. I enjoyed the parade, but it was tight to move around once there. If you are going to the parade, bring your own water to stay hydrated. On both Friday and Saturday nights I attended bars with dancers and lap dance spaces. Because it was Pride, there were several out-of-town dancers visiting to take advantage of it being Pride, so the quality and quantity of dancers was pretty good. And I'm sure some of the musicals will be catering to the gay community - in particular Death Becomes Her features the For the Gaze number that really is 'for the gays.' (I'll stop there to protect the spoilers other than to say the recorded versions of The Tonight Show and Tony Awards performances were truncated for television.)
  6. One must assume that "Safe Only" means just that and if you want to engage in bareback sex, don't solicit that individual's services. However, when I reach out to that advertises as "Safe Only", I confirm the assumption of safe sex and state, "I assume you will be brining your own condoms for our playtime." Then if there is any hesitation on his part, we have a further conversation.
  7. Lea Salonga would have been an interesting replacement.
  8. Another suggestion: Melbourne Muscular Therapies - YouTube
  9. I find that I have different friends for different activities. I play in three different poker groups and I am the youngest player in each by at least five years and as much as having individuals 30 years older than me. I tend to go to the theater and travel with friends that are my age. And when I go out to the gay bars, it is usually with guys younger than me by 10-20 years.
  10. I'm glad you had the opportunity to experience his massage. I considered hiring him when I was in Rome earlier in the month, but his ad indicated that he only did out calls and that was not possible with my travel group staying in one AirBNB rather than a hotel. ☹️
  11. It is close between tardiness and not using my name. Using nicknames is ok as long as at the end of the session my name is used, such as, “I hope you enjoyed our time together as much as I did, Sam. Let me know when you would like an encore.”
  12. Even with the “generally speaking” disclaimer, this comment didn’t sit well with me. I expect providers to have some limitations to the services they provide and even be comfortable refusing a repeat appointment for any reason they choose. They also need to be comfortable conducting business under terms they choose. If that means condom usage is a must for them, then so it is.
  13. Hilty is currently co-starring on Broadway in Death Becomes Her. She was excellent when I saw the show last month. I found it amusing that Smash is playing at a theater on the same block as Hilty's show.
  14. Now that I see this message, it feels like spring is just around the corner! Looking forward to renewing acquaintances in a couple of weeks.
  15. When I want a massage in Indy, I'm seeing Christopher. BodyWorkIndy - Male Massage & Bodywork in Indianapolis, IN | RentMasseur He's on the north side of town.
  16. Always assume that provider has set his price to cover his expenses and a profit. Tip as you feel appropriate for the quality of services provided. If you typically would tip x% at someone's apt., tip x% at the semi private studio.
  17. If the OP is asking for experiences with Provider XXX, responses that only highlight content within an ad, such as "his ad reads like English is not his primary language" or "is he wearing braces in photo #4?" are not helpful to answering the request. The OP did not ask for opinions on the provider's advertisement.
  18. Unfortunately, I need to be out of town that weekend. In past years, I have enjoyed being around the convention center and nearby restaurants just to watch the comings and goings of attendees. It is really quite the sight.
  19. Oh yeah, how did I omit that?
  20. I was in the audience last evening for Death Becomes Her. It was a really enjoyable show. Megan Hilty is cast brilliantly for the role of Madeline Ashton. Unfortunately, Jennifer Simard was out; however, her understudy was good and not once would you have thought that it was not the regular lead performing. Chris Sieber is good in the role of Ernest, and Michelle Williams gave a strong vocal performance. For those of us that appreciate things other than the leads, the choreography was excellent, the costumes were good (especially considering how many quick changes there were in the early part of the show) and the ensemble's costumes were sexy, they used real sets rather than projection, and the lighting was effective. And how they created the injuries on stage had me stumped. I am hoping I can return to the city to see it again. I would like to see it get many nominations come awards season.
  21. I always check out in person at somewhere I want to stay again a year later. (College homecoming weekend, Palm Springs trip, etc.) Many of those places will let me book the same room one year out, so it is helpful to do that in person.
  22. I think I received a notice that they will be combining sensual and erotic into one category. They learned that the difference between the two options was inconsistently defined.
  23. If I were looking to set something up in NYC, I would contact our own @Kevin Slater. He's been working from New York long enough that if he isn't interested in arranging your desired event, he may know of individuals who would be able to arrange such an event.
  24. While it would be nice for someone to respond politely, do you really expect someone to spend the time on Grindr to politely decline all the messages some of these guys get? And then that response might lead to another reply to clog the in box. Quite frankly, not sending a typed rely is still a reply.
  25. It is a bit ironic that I am reading this post while the Orange Bowl is on in the background. I seem to remember Ms Bryant as being tied to the Orange Bowl (or the Orange Parade) before her thoughts on homosexuality were know.
