Based on lots of positive feedback here, I decided to reach out to them and make an appointment. Everything looks good although they requested a deposit (20%). Not sure if that is something others have had to do for these two but I know the general rule is NEVER send a deposit. But these guys are well reviewed and I am tempted to break that rule. Limited experience last year and the one disaster I had was with JakeofStateFarm from Tampa (name change since then to JakeLTyler.
