  1. Yeah, my sister is taking a light weight raincoat in case of rain. They are playing the Old Course and actually four different ones during the week they are there. They appear to be side by side from the map she showed me.
  2. Reading the literature and from what I was told at the clinic in Montreal where I got the shot a week ago, the childhood vaccine I received in tje 1950s and the booster in 1966 may offer some protection but having a vaccination now is the best thing to do to get the highest degree of protection possible. The protection of the older vaccines may have faded.
  3. Some of my family are arriving in London on Saturday morning. What's the outlook for then? They aren't staying long as they are heading for St. Andrew's for a bit of golfing. I imagine it will be cooler there no matter what is going on further south in the UK.
  4. Freezing??? 😆
  5. I have posted on previous threads about him and Trev both of whom I've seen several times. I last saw Jake (aka Leo) in the fall before he went to PV for the winter. He does provide the BFE and some kink and is adorable to boot. I would recommend without reservation.
  6. On the other hand, how strenuous is it to give one sample of blood per year for three years?
  7. I heard on the news tonight that temperatures in England are going to soar above 40c in a couple of days. Coming from the south where France and Spain are already baking.
  8. An exhaustive British study which followed hundreds of thousands of health middle aged people for a decade found that one must both have a healthy diet and exercise regularly to maintain good health and avoid life shortening conditions. A main takeaway is that intense exercise without a good diet leads to increased mortality compared to the people who only did regular exercise but maintained a good diet. In other words, you can't run off the chocolate cake you just gorged on or the pizza or all the other junk food you binge on. The good news is that moderate exercise like walking and some more strenuous exercise, that breaks out a sweat, each week are sufficient. Also the odd indulgence at the dinner table is also OK as long as the regular healthy diet is maintained consistently. All of this seems common sense to me but that is because I have always had this lifestyle learned from my parents. So it came second nature to me. I read about this study in the NYTimes today.
  9. After conducting my own informal survey over the last several years, I have come to regard 7 inches claimed in an RM ad as being anything from 5.5 to 6.5 in many cases. 8 will get you at least 7, which when hard is a pretty decent instrument for topping. 9 or more claimed are almost always, in my experience, very well hung guys.
  10. I'm pretty sure Eisenhower and Nixon were on the Republican ticket and won.
  11. I say that because Monkeypox from the start has been stigmatized as the "gay disease". And it is not, just as AIDs wasn't either.
  12. Well, I have all those attributes too. Lots of mileage and some wear and tear. Still, I carry on and will do so until I see the red light flashing on the dashboard. Lol
  13. Now I know how Josh Moore feels having experienced Barrett (who I know as Trev). Josh is one of my favorite porn stars who can look good either as a top or a bottom. Trev I think is strictly a top. He certainly was with me.
  14. I don't see anything unusual. But its in the new RM format which I don't like.
  15. I've not had personal experience as a single man but have observed over many decades in my 75 years on earth that many men willingly pony up often half their fortune to unload a wife so they can pursue their dreams with a much younger and appealing woman for the years they have left. It's happened in my own family and you read about it in the press when the sums involved are in the $millions or $billions. So what's to unpack. Just call me a realist.
  16. First woman to contract Monkeypox reported in Ontario Canada today. Thank god.
  17. Seems young to be dying. I mean, I'm older than that for G##s sake.
  18. Most divorced men do.
  19. Was that Ivanna T?
  20. I don't recall seeing any of his films but that maybe becuz I have seen so many period. Given his pics he would be hard to miss. A top and a bottom and straight. Quite the combo. That being said it seems he screwed up somewhere and that is totally sad. His descent to being virtually homeless as he apparently had no place to go if he had been discharged from the hospital is heart breaking. Not the first and won't be the last that this happens to, unfortunately.
  21. I saw where Subway is going to court over their claims that the tuna is real.
  22. If interest rates are pushed too high by the Fed and the Bank of Canada, it will provoke a recession. At that point the GDP starts to shrink and the debt to GDP ratio skyrockets. That's when the burden of government debt starts to weigh on the federal governments. Debt payments then start to crowd out other program spending like Social Security or Old Age payments in Canada, defense, education, health care etc. If governments aren't careful, as debt servicing charges increase as a proportion of overall government spending, the credit agencies start to lower their ratings on all existing debt. Then watch out. Printing more money will only lead to more credit downgrades and it becomes a vicious spiral. Governments then need to make painful spending cuts. It's happened before. In Canada's case in 1994. I was around to witness that personally.
  23. My last overnight, a couple of weeks ago, was at my home, where I have two bedrooms. For the occasion I set up one as a play area with a plastic mattress cover and a sheet over it. The other bedroom has a large antique bed which has seen lots of action since I bought it in 1986. Its very strong and is over 140 years old. He arrived at 10pm and we chatted a little to get to know each other (new hire). We went to play bedroom. It turns out he is very talented at watersports and can piss through his massive hard-on. (He had promised me and he delivered.) Round 1 and 2. It's now about 1am and we retire to big bed. Sleep 6 hours cuddling. I wake up first and wake his dick up. Round 3 in big bed. Then round 4 in other room with fresh sheet. He is fully loaded. Another messed sheet. Return to other room and sleep another 2 hours. We get up, shower, dress and we make breakfast together and eat outside in my gazebo. I drive him home. Will I see him again? Absolutely, in September when he gets back from a summer tour. And he kissed divinely which was the icing on the cake.
  24. I've been thinking about this too in Canada's case, which is similar to the US. Of course the two countries have to pay interest on their national debt and debt levels are very much higher than they were back when inflation was a problem like now. Of course the debt is staggered and a lot of the recent debt was incurred at very low, indeed historically low, rates. But older debt is coming due and will be rolled over at higher rates than what were available even 6 months ago. So where is the limit where governments cannot sustain radically higher rates in servicing their own debt.
  25. I disagree. Essentially is a very useful word. As a preface to what follows, it prepares the reader or listener to focus on the key message about to be delivered.
