I've seen videos on this, but it's a lot less popular than I would expect.  I've seen several "giant" videos like this, but they never seem to be in the US.  I had, and lost, a couple vids like this that totally got me going.  One was a big WWE type guy, the other was a big stocky rugby player, both with much smaller average guys.  As a shorter guy, the idea got me going.
A chat buddy told me about a "scam" (his word) that he pulled, where he contacted a community college athletic department, and hired a huge wrestler to give him wrestling lessons.  He said he was pretty much paying to feel this big guy constantly just pinning him during their sessions.  May have been a fantasy, but I thought it was a hot idea.   

I can't describe it, but it isn't at all like armpit odor. All I can say is that it's a very male odor. I smell like crotch in the morning before I shower. It's a sweaty smell without the sharpness of armpit odor.

Love pits, balls, ass, damp with fresh sweat.... the smell of a real man is better than any cologne!

Burying my face in a man's ripe pits can bring me right to the edge. Works every time.

Smells are a very important turn on (or off) for me.

Started with me sampling my own manscent while stroking, also like to have a sub guy sniff me out. If Im attracted enough (though rare) I desire to sniff another guy down there

You likely dodged a bullet not meeting with this one.  I’m thinking he might have flipped out if his real life (gym bros) had an unexpected intersection with his alter ego from social media. He’d have you pinned as a crazy stalker and who knows how he’d react. With all those guns, no thanks.

I'd start with hiring a bunch of guys for an hour or two. See who you enjoy spending time with the most. Never go for an overnight or weekend first in case you don't vibe. Plus then you might get a better rate for a longer session from a guy you've hired once or twice before then as well.
