You're missing the point here.  If you scan for the same kind of error in other current ads, you'll surely find guys whose ads have been on long enough that they, too, would have been under 18 when they started advertising if their current stated age is correct.  I think the suggestion here is that if you want to help Rentmen clean up their database with respect to errors like this, you'll encounter a lot of ads that don't make sense in terms of age so you will have a lot of reporting to do.  And, in the end, I think that if Rentmen thought this was an issue they would have already instituted some process to make sure this could not happen.

I assume the ad sites collect and verify accurate ID info from advertisers, primarily to be sure the site gets paid for the ad.  This would include legal name and address, DOB, citizenship, CC info, etc.  All of that is behind the scenes.  What goes IN the ad is up to the advertiser.  Parsing ads for inconsistencies seems silly, they probably could be found on every ad there and are of no concern to the site.

This is correct. The age field is static, so it does not automatically update when someone ages another year or four. And for the record, the youngest age available in the field is 18. Perhaps the guy was 19 when he signed up and he hasn't updated the field since, or perhaps he's "young at heart" and would like to still think he is 19. Who knows?

The ad does NOT state that. You may infer it. But as @jgoo points out the provider may have signed up at 19 yo and never changed it, or he may choose to make it 19 every year. You don't have enough information here to state he was online as an underage.

I have no doubt escorts (and clients alike) shave off years from their profile, some more than others.  One other thing to consider, that I believe is the case, is that the age on the profile does not automatically increment with each passing year.  So when the escort/client sign up and fill out their age, unless they update it periodically then it never changes.  Should they update it?  Yes but it may not be something they pay attention to.  Rentmen could also automate the age to reflect the number of years passed since signing up with the age stated at that time.
I can say that I haven't thought about it for some time and when I checked my own profile it still lists my age at 58 and that was many years ago and I'm well into my 60s.

Some of my least enjoyable experiences have been with well-reviewed. highly touted providers, while some of my best experiences have been with new guys and guys who are not often talked about. I've found that some providers are highly touted because they are. It seems like no one wants to say "I had a "meh" time with Provider X" when everyone else raves about them. 
I have a pretty easy way of determining whether a provider is a good fit for me:
If something seems "off," the ad is off-putting/rude/self aggrandizing, or if it seems sketchy, I move on. No matter how handsome, worked out, or well hung he is, if something doesn't seem right, I do not pursue a meet-up. Period.  Obviously old pics, especially when they are recently uploaded, are a no-go. There was an escort who had mirror selfies (so far so good) and one of them showed his phone (also fine). It was a Blackberry smart phone that was exclusive to Sprint and has been out of production since the 2010's. All of his pics were from the same time period.  Pics that are also used in someone else's ad are a no-go. There was an LA-based escort who used a cropped version of a pic that a Palm Springs/Phoenix based masseur also uses. The masseur used them first. I took a pass on the LA-based escort. In my first communication I state what I am looking for and ask what he thinks about it. If a guy replies with "yeah, sure" or "'sup" or "what do you get into" or some such, I see that as a sign he isn't paying attention. If he isn't paying attention to what he has read, I can't see him paying attention in person. To me, this warrants a pass. In fairness, most guys reply with an enthusiastic "yes," or state they do some but not all that I am into, or state they are not a match. Note that when I am texting a provider I always start with "Hi, I am [my name] and I saw your ad on [the website I saw it on]. Let me know when is a good time to discuss a potential meet-up." In this case, a reply of "what's up," "hi," or "what do you get into " is appropriate because I haven't told him what I get into. Once I have his attention and I know he can text I describe what I am looking for. Like his ad, if his responses seem off, I move on.
