He agrees in principle but will never commit to a day or time......just keeps stringing me along asking the. same questions that have previously been answered. I dont think that there is a real intent to meet people. I am not sure exactly what the angle is. I experienced the same thing others have said, him responding but then leading me on and disappearing.
