I have a different opinion. I think it's great to personalize the service with a call, have information that is needed to ensure that the experience is appropriate for both parties, and discounts are great for providers to increase busines during their slow times. I call that manging a business and catering a client.

I was going to say the same. He's a badass bottom.

Or since he's both types of provider, he might pursue the appointment that give him more money and cancel the other, typically the massage.

Doesn't sound good to me at all. Personally I don't prefer straight or "straight" guys. I prefer guys who dig guys and are clear about it. Also, it doesn't look or feel too therapeutic if he, knowing that he sees mostly gay men while he is not (or portrays himself as not being), stands next to you naked. Some relaxation! Then he now charges $240 for 90 minutes, so you actually pay more for less time (he charges $120 for 60 minutes, I guess I can book "two one-hour sessions back to back" for the same price). The whole thing looks too puzzling and convoluted. No Tito for me, thank you.

Just curious about this. Looking around RM, I came across the profile below. What I found interesting is that: Has pornographic and explicit images available without loggin in Has pornographic images of a man who did porn in the 80s and apparently is the same man, now in his 60s (profile says 62) Has all this babble in the description that says nothing (like what is in the title of my thread) Has only one review, but the profile is there apparently since 2014 I'm curious, not interested in hiring. Just baffles me that RM has all these restrictions, and then there's this profile: Andrebolla - Male Escort, Gay massage - Seattle | Rent.Men RENT.MEN Andrebolla Gay Escort in Seattle, Washington, available for Gay Escorting,Modeling,Erotic Massage. | Find all the best Male Escorts at Rent.Men Any thoughts?

Matthew Perry dies - drowning the given cause

Sad news. Thank you for the laughs. R.I.P. -
Either they have a large clientele, enough to afford the luxury of not replying or takling new clients, they might not know how to answer the questions, they are not interested in accommodating for specific requests, or they are full of it and have no clue/interest about giving massages (hint: some are not certified and also have a profile in the escorting website, probalbly emphasizing other services). There might be other reasons, but those are the most common that I have found. Since there is a growing pool of masseurs to choose from, I'd just move on to the next, especially since I'm the paying customer. I have found some who actually schedule a call before booking, where they aske similar questions. Some provide choices during the appointment. But you're not doing anything wrong with asking. Not only you are the client and entitled to have a clear idea of what service you will receive, but also seems like that questions that you are asking are not about unreasonable things.

Mailing a letter to a providers residence
soloyo215 replied to Anthony's topic in Questions About Hiring
Just my thoughts: that can be misconstrued as some (maybe mild, but still) form of stalking. I'd take something like that as you not getting the message of being ignored. I perfectly understand the concept of "highly considering it", but there should be a line between that and pursuing him after not showing any sign of interest. My rationale is that when anyone, not just a provider, does not answer my first two inquiries, the person is already aware and there's no need for me to insist. If I don't hear from that person, I just move on. There's no need for me to continue pursuing that person. I have been "followed up" in that manner, and that has caused me annoyance and anger, which has resulted in me replying in a less-than-respectful manner, ending in an usavory interaction. That is what I have done, and I know of others who have responed to that type of pursue in the same manner. That means that it's possible that not only you will not get what you want, but worse, you will be treated like garbage. In other words, give the provider some time, if you don't hear from him, get the hint and move on. There are plenty of other providers in this world, and I'm sure that what he provides cannot be so unique that you only have to have him. -
His vibe of the enjoyment not being mutual would have (and has) been enough for me to remove him from my list. There are plenty of equally (if not more) enjoyable providers that give better vibes, whether genuine or not. It's my money, it's my fantasy, it's my experience. Why should it not cater me and my needs first? That said, sometimes there's doubt about that, there's a chance that I have misread the "vibe", so I guess that in your case the text confirmed what your own intuition was telling you.

Never heard of any relationship between your preferred side of the bed and your preferred sexual role. I just sleep, can't care less where in the bed I land.

Ditto.

Do most clients hiring masseurs expect a happy ending?
soloyo215 replied to MeatHead's topic in Questions About Hiring
I don't think there's anything to judge. It's a simple legitimate question (IMO), though it might not have a simple answer. The way a provider told me when I asked about happy endings is that he is as much of a man as the rest, so he thinks about what he'd like to happen and "gives clients a choice". The specifics are up for negotiation. Sounded rather vague, but I understand that the answer can be simple or complex, depending on who you ask. It's one of those things that mean different things for different people I believe that clients might expect being happy after the experience, but not all expect something sexual. That's why they are specifications about therapeutic only in RM. However, the other side is more vague and (IMO) coded to some degree. I am not much of a person who asks specifics and I have gotten happy endings that range from one end of the spectrum to the other end of the spectrum. I leave happy every time (that is discounting the experiences where the provider has ripped me off, there were never meant to be a happy ending of any kind for me on those). -

If he asks you to f**k his skull, will you have to ask which? -
Dahmer? Extra precautions after watching it?

A provider that I hired once mentioned to me that he's straight and married to a woman who does escorting. He said that she keeps some kind of electronic device in her anal cavity as precaution when she does outcalls. I asked him how does he protect himself, since he's a bottom and his anal cavity is expected to be busy. To my surprise, he told me that hasn't even considered the possibility of him being in danger; he was only thinking about his wife's safety. He says that since he only offers "massages" he felt no need to consider being exposed to danger. I think that there is always a level of risk in everything we do (on both sides). Sometimes we do have a good sense of intuition but don't listen to it (probably thinking with the wrong head). I have been fortunate of encountering only one unsavory situation when cruising, but the guy who wanted to attack me was almost half mi height and was unarmed, so I beat the crap out of him. I've also been able to stop before starting something when the situation or area don't look/feel safe. I obsess with my personal safety, so I might have missed great experiences, but I am also still alive, well and with stories to tell that are not unsavory. Stay safe. -
My thoughts: I agree about not discussing any kind of personal (protected in USA) health information of providers, though I think it's ok discussing the issue without mentioning names or identifiable information. I also think that there are plenty of advances in the treatment of HIV, where in some cases, it has become not a life threatening chronic condition. That's definitely far from it converting into HIV-, but with proper care it's no longer the issue it once was. I also agree that any advertisement always stretches, exaggerates, or manipulates facts and truths. In this line of work there is in fact a lot of false advertisement on both sides, that is, some clients do lie to their bones about them or about what they can offer. There's always been a level of risk in this, and in fact, a great deal of why a site like this exists is precisely to verify information that clients and providers give. Gar1eth: Best wishes, and hopefully your condition puts you back able to hire and play.

The posted review says that he paid $220 for 90 minutes, but he advertises $40 for a session (I imagine an hour session, quite vague in fact). Then his add states "I offer 60 min sessions for 120 for and 90 min sessions for 180". Calculations seems like he's quoting for about 25 minutes of massage, based on wthat the clienbt actually paid. Only one picture in the add. Seems too vague and unclear.

Which is why I said "it felt", not "it was".

Same, but enver mind.

Seems like the bottom line is that thigs, including this type of drugs, should never be abused or used without the supervision of a spoecialized medical professional. As a teenager I felt like I had a 24/7 erection, so I wonder if the 4-hour benchmark applies to men of certain age.

Are you referring to: "Hmm...this page doesn’t exist. Try searching for something else." That's what I saw.
-
You do make a good point, but to me, based on what and how it's written, doesn't seem to be specific about him offering it to the client or mentioning that it's for personal use.

Well, the name is TRIMIX, not TRIMEX. Since I obsess over my personal safety, I wouldn't be comfortable trusting anyone providing me with something that I'm supposed to inject in my system without a prescription and without knowing where or how that came into his possession. Second, as a combination drug, it is still not approved by the FDA, which to me (depending on the drug), is a warning around safety of use. Hard pass for me.

In addition, I also think that now there are many competing destinations. Many have realized that there's gay "something" weeek, big bash, cruise, etc., in more affordable places. I haven't been to an American "gay destination" in ages. The world has many other places to go, many that are more affordable.
