If you’re sick, don’t share it. Most guys will probably give you a second shot if you were sick. If they won’t, then they probably wouldn’t be decent guys otherwise. How many guys on this very site are using such telehealth sites for ED medication for off-label purposes? The idea of a medical practitioner, he or she, overseeing prescriptions is a nice idea when there isn’t some hangup they have with it. My GP could observe me for Wegovy but she told me flat out she sends all her patients who want or need weightloss meds to a specialist. Same with when I needed an emergency supply of xanax over the weekend til my shrink was back from vacation; she doesn’t prescribe psychiatric drugs on principle although she could. The doctor makes the call on the script, even in telehealth.

I affirm this. I’m not saying that escorts shouldn’t be compensated and I’m not saying that escorts are luxury goods, but the naïveté of so many escorts or their entitlement is offputting at times. There really seems to be little concept of what the vast majority of people face financially. Add to that their smack about their time being valuable it simply is offputting. While some escorts are savvy with their finances, it does seem that many of these guys are unable to manage money well. They can bring home – albeit not assured – money well over the average income of someone where they live yet still cry poor. I’ve had many-an escort give me a sob story about money. Either it’s a ploy or he’s running through his cash like water through open hands…

To paraphrase the advice all over this forum when arranging an appointment, be it massage, quickie, overnight, or travel, you need to be clear about expectations. Otherwise, you’ll be disappointed. If I wanted a full service massage, I would ask. And if the masseur was cagey about it, I’d likely move on. There are other providers with less hangups that could overshadow time together.

I disagree. You do ask here what is a reasonable expectation. It’s unreasonable for most escorts to expect $3600 for an overnight. Unless you’re a bigtime porn star, you likely aren’t going to have a lot of business if you’re simply taking your hourly rate and multiplying it out. Saying “Ask the escort, not here” encourages the imperfect information that makes for an unfair market. It’s perfectly acceptable and reasonable to ask for a range in rates. Negotiation is a whole other topic. As is haggling. That said, I would say for most escorts in the Boston market, things used to be around $1200-$2000/night. Things have gone up and if you can find an overnight that’s fulfilling for less than $1500/night, you scored. The area will affect what a rate is too. NYC is likely higher than Boston. You can get a great overnight for a low rate and you can get a shitty overnight for a high rate. That’s also important to keep in mind. Hiring for an overnight, for me, is about different expectations than for the 60-90 min bang-and-go.
