What is "a cute sore throat"? Whenever I've had a sore throat, no one ever commented on whether my throat was attractive or not.

It would seem that the masseur's name is Grag(sp) Stone.  Does anyone know where he is located and is he for hire?  This is undoubtedly THE hottest massage video ever!!!

It varies in different countries. 'Paid time off' is often used for various workplace entitlements like the ones KeepItReal listed that are available at short notice, but not including annual leave. In Australia there are statutory requirements for four weeks of annual leave for permanent employees and any PTO is in addition to this (some types of PTO are required by statute, some are not). I have always interpreted 'vacation' as being what we would call going on holidays, that is time away from home not just away from work.

Oops. My proofreading sucks. OTO should have been PTO.
So saying vacation day instead of PTO shows I’m old? I can live with that.

I agree with scrtlovr on this one - the best part was the running loop of the Chopin Ballade that was the background music. The whole "scenario" was a complete buzzkill for me.

Just seeing this today - Thursday. Oliver, so sorry for your loss. He was a warm and friendly man who I exchanged private messages with a number of times. He is one of the ones on this board that I wish I had had the opportunity to meet in person. I am saddened but yet the many tributes written by others here offer some small condolence in that it was clear that he touched many people's lives and made them better. Just trying to process the abruptness of this loss.

This makes me feel kinda "left out." Seems like Kevin was going after everybody but me. Maybe I could bring a suit alleging negligence - he neglected me and I have suffered in silence long enough. My life has been unalterably ruined by Kevin Spacey's neglecting me - almost like I was being singled out for negligent abuse. I want my fair share - I deserve it.

What I'm writing here is not about the Spacey situation per se, but instead, is more of a general observaton.  I think one of the biggest changes over the past number of years is that society no longer distinguishes as precisely between subjective and objective assessments of allegations.  A person may subjectively feel that they experienced abuse, and be badly traumatized by it.  But from an objective point of view the incident in question may not actually amount to abuse.
A person's subjective assertion of abuse may be because they had been objectively abused by someone else in the past, or for any number of other reasons.
I know someone who once accused a coach of sexual abuse because his arm brushed against hers as they put gym equipment away with a number of other students.  That was the complete extent of the interaction.  There was no prior history or context that would suggest a sexual component. On an objective level, a reasonable person would not see this as a sexual act given this context.
Nevertheless she missed a month of school because she was certain that the coach was signalling his desire for sex with her by the accidental brush between their arms.  Her trauma was very real, but objectively, no act of abuse occurred.  Her allegations ultimately had no objective foundation and there were no repurcussions for the coach.
But that was almost 3 decades ago and long before social media.  Had this happened today it is possible the coach's career could have been ruined because there now tends to be a lack of objectivity in thinking, at least outside of the Courts.
Every allegation of abuse must be taken seriously and be investigated properly.  But it does not help anyone if a subjective assessment based on a person's feelings becomes the benchmark, or if it represents the extent of society's willingness and ability to think critically.  It is far too low a bar to set, especially for matters with potentially significant and life-altering consequences.

what else to do on a muggy, rainy Friday night but pull up Hulu and see what's playing.......
always worth a watch every few years......I could go on about how they could never make a movie like this today, the overt bigoted/racist/homophobic/anti-Semitic/what-have-you script, the dated lines, bathroom humor, silly slapstick.............
but, instead, will just enjoy this legendary 1974 Mel Brooks classic for what it is......unbeatable satire......

In my spare time, which is just about all the time now, I've been scouring the internet porn sites. I have this inexplicable porn crush on Jack Wolf recently. So I did my research and found that Jack is quite the practitioner of this art form - fetching, I mean. Do a general google search and you'll find quite a number of examples of this. Quite something hot to see. Recommended.

I don't trust anything health-related coming from a Florida 'authority'
Considering how hard that state fought against vaccinations and correct medical information, I'm taking this study with a grain of salt.  Wake me when he presents peer-reviewed journals.

Isn't it an ultrasound device?  There are ultrasound devices for treating musculoskeletal problems - tendonitis and stuff like that - I wonder if it is similar to those.  The "lube" is electrolyte gel that creates a nice conductive interface between the device probe and the subject's skin.

I was well aware of the cost of treatments in a doctor's office. But this device seems to offer the same kind of treatment any a fraction of the cost. Seems worth considering.

I think more likely that you use it on the shaft. It's not some sort of catheter.
