Also, a lot of trainers are simply people who hit the genetic lottery and don't really know all that much about exercising. If you have naturally high testosterone and come from an athletic family odds are you're going to look pretty good even if you just work out 3x/week.

And you didn't spend all that much time in port so it seemed like it was more of a big cruise than actually getting to spend time in Australia. I flew to Sydney from LA once in first class on United. I was wider than the stupid pod so had to keep my arms crossed while lying down and didn't get any sleep. Well I will say my Luddite friend has said the not being too easy to reach is a deliberate decision on his part. He has been offered a phone from work but he wants to keep work and home separate and not having the work phone is part of how he enforces that.

I have a luddite friend who insists on keeping his shitty flip phone and does not do any social apps or whatever. Still expects me to google stalk the hot young things he meets and send him pictures. Some people for a variety of reasons don't get hard without some touch. I have some spinal compression and by my early 30s for the most part I needed someone touching me to get hard. It happens without on occasion but it's the exception rather than the rule.

If you go from paying $!8000/year in premium to $8000, you may still be ahead in overall dollars. It's just a question of when you spend them in the year.

I'd want to know what doses they were giving in that study. Because Tylenol has never seemed to affect me at all when I've taken it, and there are severe limits on the amount of Tylenol you can take due to liver toxicity. And if the opioids they were using were ones that were combined with tylenol, the problem could have been that they couldn't give as much opioid as the patient needed because of the acetaminophen limit.
