I would think bathhouses are a solid option for the many people on apps who can't host. College kids living with parents or roommates, the married guys, etc. I just think as cities gentrify its harder for them to justify occupying the real estate given the revenue stream is typically modest. The two bathhouses in Vegas seem reasonably busy but I still can't imagine they're pulling in enough money for the owners to really put money back into the facilities.

I went to McDonalds quite a bit in my 20s. Then for some reason I didn't happen to go to one for several months. After that, any trip to McDonalds invariably resulted in the urgent need to take a dump within an hour of the meal. I guess something changed in my intestinal flora and I couldn't tolerate it any more. (I felt the same about the taste as before, it's just my body now has a reaction to it that is...inconvenient at times.)

NYC has enough older horny closeted/too-scared-to-really-act-on-it/get-off-more-on-the-chase men with "fuck you money" that think nothing of the sums these people are asking that some will always be in business in this town. And consequently there's a bit of an inversion of the expectation that the more someone charges, the more will happen. If the amount asked is significant to you, in general you should look elsewhere as you will likely be disappointed.

I remember we had an old box than had been for the milkman but have no recollection of us ever getting anything in it. This was early 70s but the development only went up in 1967/68. So maybe they had it for a couple of years then stopped as supermarkets were built.

I was actually basing my suggestion on my own experience of playing rugby. I found the intense contact and exhaustion seemed to quell my libido. I had much less sex when playing rugby than when I wasn't. And I wasn't getting erections on the pitch.

If you don't actually want to have sex with guys and body contact satisfies you could you possibly scratch the itch with sports? Rugby, Jiu jitsu, etc, are hobbies a lot of straight men have that involve a lot of contact. If you actually need to get more naked with them...um, water polo?

I'm only in my mid 40s and the sex is already going to hell because of back issues(which I am actively working on with a physical therapist but the nature of the problems is such that not much improvement is to be expected). It's a significant social impairment that keeps me from dating. Now if my testosterone level were to plummet to the point I didn't have the urge and didn't care I suppose I would rate myself as "more satisfied."
