  1. From todays New York Times about drugging/robbing sex tourists in Medellin This topic comes up in forums from time-to-time with most dismissing it as urban myth or similar. NYT has a paywall, but I think first few articles can be free to read. As the article suggests, these type crimes - drugging & robbing tourists in search of sex are greatly underreported and far more common than people think A Hazard for Visitors to Colombia: ‘Devil’s Breath’ https://www.nytimes.com/2024/01/23/world/americas/colombia-dating-apps-sedatives-deaths.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&referringSource=articleShare
  2. he’s dependable & looks like his pics. easy to schedule and he remembers client kinks. he travels a bit, so he’s not always nyc. I’ve seen him several times & he seemed into it every single meeting. an absolute recommendation for Alfonsoo
  3. if you’ve been to India - you would not make that statement
  4. things can go wrong, even when acting under attorney advice. trusts are complex and small minor things can lead to significant personal liability for trustees. big difference between types of trusts and requirements tho. at the very least when acting as a trustee - an insurance policy that covers potential litigation. and, I think the legal landscape has changed re; trust litigation in last 10-15 years. older trusts were frequently set-up with family members as trustees. nowadays - I would never ask a family member or any non-professional to administer a trust. too much risk and potential for problems.
  5. totally unreasonable given known exposure to Covid in same household - that alone is reason not to hire him.
  6. I recently did an extra long-haul business flight - I chose a European based carrier & transit hub because I wanted the built-in guarantees if something went wrong……and it did. They were late on the first leg (not weather related) and almost all passengers missed their connections and those flights were the last of the day. Because they are regulated by EU laws, they were required to offer compensation, accommodations & meals for affected passengers. And because it was required by law, all the arrangements were made within minutes upon arrival without question or negotiation. They emailed the forms to claim compensation. Not so with airlines the operate hubs in countries that don’t have similar regulations/laws. And, yes if the journey includes arrival/departure from EU, then carriers may fall under some of EU regulations based upon circumstances. If not, then it’s whatever. Big difference between company policies that are a goal vs specific codified laws with penalties. Not that Doha or Abu Dhabi aren’t beautiful places - I just wouldn’t want to be stuck there & at the whim of whatever they choose to do. Especially when they have an abysmal record in how they treat employees, no common culture & constant turnover. When everything goes according to plan, then of course no problem. But, If you travel enough, these things are eventually going to happen. Other than flying American nonstop long-haul bc of my status - I’ll always pick a European carrier through European hubs on connecting long haul.
  7. very recently had a nice long chat w former flight attendant with one of the “premium” Arab carriers. Interestingly, he said the crews are often horrible - mainly because they are sourced from many different countries with no built-in camaraderie or consistent cultural norms: constant arguments, power struggles & miscommunication. The natives of those countries think the work is below them. Also - those countries have very few worker protection laws and treat the employees much worse than European/ American/Asian airlines. He said the physical hard product is great - but forget about any consistency of service due to constant turnover & bad management. actually makes total sense in terms of how they treat people they see as servants. plus, do you really want an unscheduled layover in Doha, Abu Dhabi or Riyadh ??
  8. whatever they are having done is a private medical procedure- until they feel the need to make it public & then craft stories that don't make sense. she's frequently criticized for her light work-load & I doubt anyone would miss her had they not had to cancel planned engagements. the whole thing is rather pathetic. And I'm certain Meghan is somehow to blame - just wait perhaps the OP wants to start a thread on *DEPOSITS* next as that is always a topic that gets things stirred up
  9. perfect example of a imperfect risk/reward calculation. the participants were seeking adulation in third-world relatively risky proposition. things went predictably wrong & the couple paid the price. doesn't seem worth it really - but who am I to judge ?? they aren't the first to be done in by narcissism & vanity - and they won't be the last
  10. stay very far away - lovebombing/stalking certain to follow whether or not AI wrote it - he thought it was a good idea to post it. just no
  11. doubtful this is the real story. a biopsy or similar doesn't require hospitalization. they're putting out this story because they can't hide the hospital stay. plus, they've made a huge deal about who acts in his absence. same with Middleton - they claim a "planned procedure" but yet she abruptly cancelled all engagements until Easter. Why plan engagements when you know about the procedure ?? you'd think with the dozens of flacks they employ, the lies would at least be believable.
  12. yup - an STI will completely ruin a vacation and put you out-of-commission sexually. While easier to see a doctor & get treated at home, still a major pain & not worth the risk in my view. I think there are alot of people here expressing opinions on the subject that either don't hire often, aren't very sexually active or delusional about the actual STI prevalence & risk. Not to mention, some STI strains are becoming resistant to existing treatments. Nobody likes talking about STIs or acknowledging the real situation. Way easier to talk about PREP and think everything else is curable.
  13. imagine if you want to quit your job, marry the person you love & move to another country - and then your family & former employer want to destroy your life because of it. same exact thing except on a scale none of us can imagine btw - if Harry didn't need to self-fund the massive security costs, then perhaps he wouldn't have needed to write the book or do Netflix. BRF made a strategic blunder that will come back to haunt them. Bet on it. I see the OP is back posting about things where he knows the types of comments he will get, doesn't like them & proceeds to denigrate. Very tired
  14. This is a matter of perspective & individual risk tolerance. Also, very dependent on how active someone is with this hobby. if someone hires providers rarely or few times a year - then I get it, go for & deal with the consequences. I'm talking about STIs, not HIV....assuming most are on Prep or HIV meds. If someone travels extensively and engages providers frequently on those travels, then I just don't see BB as a practical option. Unless you want to always be going to the doctor in foreign countries, getting multiple tests done, waiting for the results and then taking medication for a week. It's not a moral issue - it's just not practical. And yes - there are so many STIs out there among sexually active men that it will happen if routinely engaging in bb sex. The only question is how many times does it need to happen for someone to learn the lesson ?? And yup - this would be precisely why I wouldn't hire an active OF creator...because no condoms on-screen and that likely means no condoms off-screen either. Nobody likes condoms - they're not fun & not sexy. Dealing with an STI is worse imo
  15. wrong - most of the negative stories about them are planted by un-named sources, meaning Palace insiders. While they don't comment officially - it's an ongoing effort to destroy them, exactly like they did to Diana. It's true - no outsider knows what really happened. Except that H&M wanted to leave & then he was financially cut-off & security removed. Thats been reported by several legitimate sources with no pushback from Palace....just because it couldn't be covered up with British official agencies involved. Who cuts off security protection from a globally known person & family with credible threats on their lives ???? Truly awful corrupt evil people that's who. The bottom line is they are terrified H&M will eclipse the boring lot left in London and/or spill the real juicy stuff. He's got way more to tell if he so chooses. Lots of skeletons in those closets & Harry knows where they are. The British Royal Family is on borrowed time anyway. Unlike the Scandinavian monarchies that enjoy wide support & popularity - nobody cares about Charles & Camilla.
  16. On any given day - there are at least a dozen new stories about Harry & Meghan. Overwhelmingly negative and not something they are seeking out. The latest one is the Queen didn’t like H&M naming their daughter after her….the story is from a new book by a former Palace aide. Any remotely positive story about them is challenged or denigrated by “unnamed palace sources” where do all these stories come from & what is the purpose ? Well, when you have an outdated hereditary monarchy built upon centuries of looting former colonies & slavery, along with a relatively unpopular & temperamental new King - then it’s much easier to divert the public attention on Harry & Meghan. That’s the game. I feel sorry for Harry - he had no choice in being born a Prince & was used as a prop for Day 1. There is no escape for him in this lifetime. When he tried to walk away, they’ve done everything in their power to destroy him - including abruptly removing his security when they knew there were credible threats against the lives of him & his family. They are out to destroy him just like they did to his mother. What a bunch of truly awful people.
  17. I agree with your statement above - but the income calculation is off. A successful creator needs new & fresh content to keep subscribers on OF and the corresponding revenue stream A successful creator can make more with new content than a couple of hours with a client. And if it’s a situation where many OF creators are in one city at a particular time then forget trying to schedule with them - they will be otherwise occupied filming. I see almost no overlap between successful OF creators & real providers who do this for a living and meet with clients regularly. There are alot of very young guys who do OF as primary work and then try to dabble as providers. The two different paths do not seem to mix well. Yes, there are a few exceptions- but not many. Ive subscribed to some OF creators who advertise as providers to get a better sense before hiring - in every case their OF worked against them and I decided not to pursue. Plus, OF content is almost exclusively bareback with lots of different people - no thanks.
  18. I’ve met him. He was pleasant & showed up on time. Looks like his pictures. Nothing remarkable or outstanding- he seemed to be going through the motions. He’s been around NY for years.
  19. I’d steer clear of any significant OF creator - why would they meet average people when they make more money filming with other hot people ? If it looks like someone just dabbles in OF, then that’s different i continue to be surprised at some here that set themselves up for obvious impending disappointment. Take the easier & proven option - hires guys that meet with average type clients & make a living doing so. Not complicated.
  20. if you're looking for someone to take to your hotel - RM is a better option. the dancers/strippers are sometimes available, but requires a lot more work & probably more money too - the strippers will make more money in the bar than going off with one person for one hour. In the bar - it really depends on your appearance, how much they like you & the cash you're willing to spend. With RM - it's a cleaner/less complicated transaction.
  21. Check Spunk nights at the Monster in West Village - usually Thursdays & other nights too. Spunk also does parties at Pieces W Village. The Spunk parties are $10 cover or close. W Village is 10-15 minute max subway ride south of HK to Christopher Street (1/2/3 trains). Very easy & worth it. Monster venue is bigger than Fairytale & Spunk parties have been running there forever. Strippers and private lap dance facilities if that’s your thing. The area where they do private dances is a bit more private than Fairytale too. Boxers in HK has shirtless staff - but no actual strippers as I recall.
  22. there's an updated report New York Times this morning saying the victim knew the suspect and had "spent time" with him last summer. this does not appear to be someone the victim just met or was random just goes to show - you do not know who you're dealing with when you think you do. RIP Brazilian Police Make Arrest in Killing of New York Art Dealer Brazilian Police Make Arrest in Killing of Brent Sikkema - The New York Times WWW.NYTIMES.COM The suspect knew Brent Sikkema, according to the police, and was arrested at a gas station about 600...
  23. you’re right on all of the above. But, I think for most it’s a risk calculation to get what you want without going through massage process. for zero risk, then go the massage route & take it from there. If booking with a known or referred provider, then probably almost zero risk. For unknowns, then I suppose there is some small risk depending on location and if this is on someone’s radar…..probably not. while the subject of recordings & blackmail comes up from time to time here - overall, the chances are very low to zero that would happen. Again, this goes to how you select people to hire. Always do some sort of vetting - either very well reviewed, direct referrals, a known person on OF/Twitter/IG or similar. The real risk is hiring unknown people with no reviews or vetting & allowing them into your home. Letting any stranger know where you live is kind of nuts these days. I wouldn’t do it
  24. Of the very few times a provider has requested/demanded payment before service - it’s always been lackluster service. In my view, it’s a sign that things aren’t going to be great. The real pros in the business do not operate that way. At the same time, if I’m meeting someone new, I make the payment in advance so there is no confusion about the fee, especially if there is a language barrier. There’s a big difference between a provider demanding pay in advance & a client offering. at the core of this business is a financial transaction- but, it can be handled with dignity, grace & kindness by all parties. If that is the case, then similarly the session should good as well. there’s also a degree of trust required by both parties - when one is so suspicious of the other that the financial transaction becomes the main focus, then it’s just not going to be good. I tend to always tip & very generously when traveling abroad where rates are low and it makes a much bigger difference in providers compensation. In New York at $350-$400 per hour - no.
  25. this could happen to any visitor to Rio - “lifestyle” or not. It’s a sad & tragic story in any context. the thing that everyone forgets is there are so many desperate people in Rio & when that meets wealthy tourists, then anything can happen. I don’t remember these same type stories from 10-15 years ago - robberies & muggings yes, murder no. The same type crimes are happening to tourists that understand Rio well & Brazilians too.
