Nope. Legit. I received a similar text notifying me that my client membership was about to expire. My membership was, in fact, about to expire on the date mentioned in the text. When I sent a message to the webmaster, they confirmed it was legitimate. Remember, RentMen is based in Germany, where the German language is spoken. "Hey" is the literal translation of "Hallöchen," the diminutive of "Hallo" ("hello" in English). It is a casual form of "hello." This is a good example of translation gone wild. Before deeming anything a scam or fraud, it is a good idea to verify whether that's accurate. That's not to say you should blindly send money or ID to anyone who texts you, of course.

I'm 60 and definitely don't think I'm too old to be hiring. When a guy quotes a rate that I find too high I move on. I don't internalize and assume the quoted rate is a function of my age. Rather, it is a function of the guy's business model. It is up to me to determine whether I choose to pay the rate or not. Regarding a lack of intimacy, what do you mean by "intimacy?" For me, sex and intimacy are different things. You can have one without the other. Having both, for me, usually takes time to develop. That was as true at 30 as it is at 60.

Thanks for letting us know he has stopped asking for ID. My guess is he found out the hard way that it was a barrier to acquiring business. While I would never provide a copy of my license, a provider who asked someone else for theirs would not deter me from contacting him. If he pulled the license bit, I'd walk. That being said, when a provider asked me for a copy of my ID, I said "sure, after you provide me with a copy of the front and back of yours." Don't ask me why I did this, as my response would ordinarily have been to end things right there. Guess my inner smartass was on display.

Thanks. I started looking for that detail after I hired a guy who, while better looking than in his pics, was using ollllllllllld pics that were taken with a, ahem, "vintage" phone.

I hire guys who have not been discussed here all the time and almost always have good to great experiences. Then again, I am clear and direct about what I am looking for, ask questions, and listen to the answers. This has been my experience. One of my absolute worst hires was a guy who was revered here. (He has long since retired) There were escorts who could have been witnessed pouring gasoline on a building and lighting it and the consensus would have been "poor guy - must have been cold." That being said, we don't see the over-the-top adulation of escorts that we did in the past. We do still see the over-the-top pillorying of escorts, which is unfortunate. For me, the value of this forum is to gain a general sense of the provider and how he conducts himself. The presence or absence of commentary here doesn't sway my own decisions.

I recognize those pics but can't recall the name of the guy who used them. It is also worth mentioning that the pics look dated. Check out the phone he is using to take a selfie in his gym pic. I can't place what model the phone is, but it's an older phone.
