I once had a guy that I paid to fly in to had trouble with his flight being late. He was four hours late for the overnight. One of the very first things he wanted when he got there was his payment. That in its own right isn’t atypical. But he didn’t suggest for any kind of discount because he was late getting there, even if it wasn’t his fault. Of course his flight out didn’t change times. He wasn’t a repeat hire. There are all sorts of other situations where someone who is providing a service takes a cut whenever they can’t provide the full service even whenever circumstances that are out of their control are what caused it.

Make ground rules….and stick to them. 
“If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, I expect a text.
If I haven’t heard from you at the 10 minute mark, I will continue my evening without you."
”If you’re more than 30 minutes late or any reason, consider the meeting cancelled."
The provider is free to accept the appointment with the conditions, or not. 

Alpha update: 
Adrian (Curazao) and Eric (Chinese) quit, right now there's only Royal (Black Trinitarian), Bert (Cuban/German/PR), Rodrigo (who used to be in Shangrila, Brazilian) and Diego (Venezuelan). Diego is new hands but his thick accent, broad shoulders, dark mustache and handsome make up for it.
