I had a lackluster experience with him. It seemed like he was on his way out of the business, but he stuck around for another couple years. Probably mid-30s at this point. Contact tracing is the responsibility of local health departments in most cities, state health departments in rural areas. Public health authority can be delegated to others to permit them to do contact tracing, but that typically means a clinic or medical center.It wouldn’t mean a hotel. CDC agents involved if there is a large local outbreak and they are asked to help.
