If I remember correctly when I advertised on MassageM4M from 2008-2016 if a client wrote a review about us then support would send us an email letting us know. At that point we had the ability to publish or reject the review. Rentmasseur is not that way, we do not have the ability to edit or reject the review. If the review is a false and malicious review with intent to discredit then we might be able to dispute that with the support team. 

This is not so. We are not able to edit our reviews on Rentmasseur. Negative reviews are indeed posted and can only be removed by Rentmasseur support if they are proven to be false and malicious in nature. 

Also reviews on MF are submitted by the provider and not you as the client. So you would have to message/email your review to the provider and he submits it on your behalf. At least that’s how it was in the past. 

Reviews are monitored on MF, some things won't get through.  They are particular.  RM you need to establish contact with the massage therapist through their platform by sending email message, in order for a review to be validated.    Hope that helps. 😁

To clarify, it’s ok to have boundaries. We shouldn’t be doormats. When a client flakes, I don’t book them again. At the same time, I have no need to spend emotional energy going out of my way to make them feel bad for flaking. If it helps you emotionally to vent, by all means, call them out. They don’t care though, and calling them out won’t change their behavior. Some clients are shitty, and will be shitty no matter what.
You mention your website and deposits and such. Great. I have policies and ways of doing business too, and it does cut down on a lot of nonsense. Even when we have policies in place to weed out some of the worst offenders, we can’t possibly prevent them all. I accept that fact and move on. To dwell on clients being shitty is a “me” problem.

You should be able to browse freely.  The massage therapist can engage by saying "hey there, how are you".... You are not obligated to reply back, but if you're interested, obviously you probably would reply back, and that's being kind of the masseur to recognize you viewed their profile.. Nothing more, the decision is all yours😁

A couple have blocked me just for looking at their profiles more than once,  not even their locked pics. I generally consider it a favor because they told me all I need to know that I don't want to book them.

He is a very nice guy...  In his defense, he was probably going to your city, and was seeing how the market is there.  If he didn't book enough to make it profitable to travel, he probably removed it.   I have communicated with him, really nice guy, and seems very professional.

I feel very much sorrow for this gentleman. Perhaps his health is at a steep decline, however he shouldn't say harsh things about another.   However.... Life is very fragile, we must always strive to be the best we can be.   I pray and hope this gentleman does get well. ..  God bless.
