Standards, like many things, vary with individuals. While I believe beauty is in the eye of the beholder I also believe that a marketer/seller of a product, who expects to be paid for that product, has the responsibility of rendering the product as advertised. If the actual product differs from the product advertised/marketed, it is the buyer's decision whether or not to accept and pay for that product. Some buyers are flexible with misrepresentations, some are not (for some buyers paying $300 and up/hr is not an issue, for others it is a special occasion).

I don’t disagree with what you wrote. However, in this particular instance, your argument makes the assumption he’s misrepresenting himself to potential clients. How do you know he’s misrepresented himself? Again if he looks like his pictures in person... how is he misrepresenting otherwise if you can’t verify his age?

 

No one here has met the guy (that we know of)... has seen his lisense to verify his age. Are you assuming he’s lying because he doesn’t look his stated age. People sometimes don’t look the age they actually are. When I was 11 years old I was mistaken for 18 on more than one occasion. Now that I’m older I’ve been told I look anywhere from 6 to ten years younger than my actual age.

 

Furthermore, even if he is lying about his age (as do many escort and client alike... vanity is a powerful thing)... how does that have any baring on how he will perform for the client? Which is my point.

I regret my posting conveyed that I was targeting a particular individual. My intention was to use verbiage that would be inclusive all individuals who misrepresent themselves within any advertised characteristics.

 

Totally agree it is ultimately for the client to decide whether to accept or pass on the offer and pricing.
