I've been seeing a lot of posts with people arguing over whether it is OK to not be attracted to certain body types, or people being worried about if they have the "right type" of body. And while I recognize that as a society- and even more specifically- in gay life there are "commonly accepted" standards of what's attractive- everyone should remember this:

You may be the juiciest, ripest, most-delicious peach... and there's still always going to be someone who doesn't like peaches.

Yeah- it sucks when it happens, but not everyone is going to be into what you have to offer. I have a rocking dadbod so the boys who like hairy bellies and thick thighs are into me. The guys who want a skinny dude or muscle guy are not... AND THAT'S OK!

Own what you got. And if someone is not what you want- don't be a dickhead.

Right!

I think the exception would be escorts and porn models since they are paid to act and perform.

Escorts sometimes have sex with people that they are not attracted to but do it for the money.

I understand what you're saying- but that's not really what I'm talking about. I imagine escorts have sex with a LOT of people they aren't attracted to. Then again- I've read a lot of reviews on here about escorts and masseurs who don't come through with services advertised or aren't as playful as the client expects which could be indicative of some lack of attraction. I read a quote from a porn actor who basically said he doesn't think every guy he fucks is hot, and most of them are not his type, but money gives him a boner.

How about a concrete example? I hire for the fantasy of the BFE, so if a guy is not able to make that happen, I'm not going to hire him. I'm not going to look down on him, but I'm not going to hire him either. Does that make me a dickhead?

Since my original post says nothing about the bait you're trying to throw, I have to assume you're a dickhead for other reasons.

Right!? I mean, just speaking from a point of basic logic, I know not every escort or masseur I have hired has found me hot. A few have, and a few have probably been repulsed. But each of them has made a choice in life, and has decided that rubbing me down, swallowing my dick, or giving up their ass was worth the price they were going to charge me regardless of true attraction. And I'm totally fine with it.

Suit yourself, but it's a common topic of conversation around here. I myself wouldn't care if your opinion was that is a qualifying reason, you would hardly be the first to say so, but you might want to consider your reply says a lot more about you than it does about me...

There is somebody for everybody, it's just not always easy to find that person who is in to you. Social media in some ways has made it easier. People can connect like never before. However, imho social media can also be just as isolating as having never put yourself out there to find someone into you in the first place.

Anyway, yes working guys get paid to have encounters with all types. Some get off from the money... others genuinely from the connecting aspect of it. I clearly don't have the body of an Adonis, but I know for a fact some of these muscle guys I see find me attractive for one reason or another. It's not always what you look like that turns people on... it's also what you can do and how you treat them.

One guy, his clientele is mostly older guys. He likes older guys. He has told me often that I'm the youngest guy he sees, or more exactly "the youngest that he keeps." I'm 10 years his senior. We have a lot in common and have connected personally in many ways. So much so that I've been to his house, met his relatives, had sex with him with said relatives downstairs. LOL! And yet another likes me to the point that I don't pay for our encounters any more. He's built as fuck and taller than me. He likes rubbing my belly. :p

All most any of us ask is to look like what you show. If you have a smooth face in your photo, and then have hair down to your stomach like a lumberjack from your chin, I'd be pissed. I've been guilty of "tricking" a hire once, and have learned my lesson. I hired a fan of older bears, and I WAS one when I made the arrangement, but got a body wax a week prior, which made for a horrible time. It was my fault for not remembering his preference.

the body waxing sounds horrible? would you do it again? (I know off topic)
